I purchased this to use as a carry on. The straps need to be way longer and adjustable and padded. Can barely fit over shoulder never mind cross body. Also need a zipper to secure belongings.

This is a nice-looking bag, but it is narrower and taller than the dimensions given. The bottom is 4" wide on one end and only 3" wide on the other, so not only is the bottom width not even, but also it is not 5" wide as shown. The height is 15.5". The bag is too narrow and deep for my purposes.

Came with white creases and is not worth the price tag

I loved this bag! I used it for work. The front pockets held two phones and my wallet for easy access. The inside had a compartment for a laptop, a compartment for the charger and mouse, another compartment for a water bottle or soda can, and a large center compartment for miscellaneous items. The bag offered everything I had been looking for with the exception of one thing - no zipper for the main compartment. I keep some of my meds in my bag, and with the absence of a zipper, I felt uneasy using it for work. In the end I returned the bag. A pity in that I've looked high and low for a bag that offered everything that this one features, with the addition of a zipper. Alas, I'm still searching.

I bought this for school. I'm a teacher. This bag is incredibly sturdy. The canvas does not give and is scratchy, to the point where I was afraid my glasses would get scratched up from putting them in an outside pocket. The two slots for water bottles in the inside of the bag seriously reduce the amount of usable spaceI could not fit a one inch binder in there with bottles in the slots. The slip and zipper pockets on the inside were nice, but again, reduced usable space. The handles need to be wider to be comfortable on the shoulder. Sadly, I had to return it. I'm hoping for a more usable version in the future.

It looks like someone worked on the handles on a Friday night and asked his kid to cut out the edges. Stitching not refined either. I love the design and it felt exactly what I was looking for. I love that it is a shoulder bag with 2 pockets inside for an umbrella and water bottle. But I am disappointed that it felt roughly put together.

I received this bag and found the size perfect for my day to day business needs. It had ample interior and exterior pockets and offered a place for laptop, charger and cords, water bottle, phone and wallet pockets. I liked everything about the bag but felt uncomfortable with an open top. A zip top closure would make this bag perfect. I sent the bag back due to absence of a zipper. If future versions include a zip top, I'd reorder in a second!

I purchased this bag and the Kanken High Coast Tote Pack to compare and ultimately replace my Madewell large Transport Tote as my work bag. I wanted something slightly bigger and taller rather than wide, like how the madewell bag is. I found this bag to be a little too tall (I'm 6ft for context) and very stiff which combined made it hang kind of awkwardly on me. I do love the not one but two bottle holders inside the bag, I really wanted a bag that would hold both my water bottle (30 oz wide mouth hydroflask) and one of my coffee/tea containers (largest of which is a 20 oz Yeti tumbler) securely without being visible. After extensive online perusing, this was the only bag I found with internal bottle pockets, and they are pretty big so that part gets A+. My last gripe is I'd prefer a zip closure which the Kanken High coast tote pack has, and this does not so unfortunately I'm returning this bag and keeping the Kanken despite the Kanken not having internal bottle pockets because it can still fit my drink containers, just with a touch less stability.

I liked the shape and look of the bag but I returned it because it didn't have top closure which is what I like.

It's sturdy and roomy, but I'm disappointed that there is no inside zipper to secure the interior contents. Also, I'd like a zippered dedicated pocket for my mobile phone.

Outer cavas easily marked up - looked used and worried that it would continue to show a "worn out" appearance. A lighter color may be a better choice. I

Love the straps and pockets on this. Great to use as a work bag. Laptop fits well with other work items. The only negative is the material is very stiff and attracts lint and dog hair very easily. Also, I would have liked to see more variety of colors.

I love this bag-it has room for everything in a convenient way and is fantastic for travel, trips to the beach, long outings, as well as everyday use. But-here come the problems-it weighs a ton, seams came unsewed and it got holes in the fabric. Ouch!

I wanted to like this bag. It's made well and has a lot of organized space. I ended up returning it B/c the top does not zip close and it tips over easily.

I wanted to love this bag- and there are parts that I do love - it has great pockets, is a great size and hangs great off the shoulder or cross body. The thing I was not expecting was that it is very stiff and rigid canvas and came with creases where the canvas folded- like permanent marks. I hope it softens over time.

This is a quality product but I had to return it. I am petite and it's just too long. If the shoulder strap was adjustable it might have been a keeper. It is well constructed and made from high quality and durable fabric with great, organized storage but it just hit me in the wrong place. Also, it would be improved with a top closure; I wouldn't use this on a subway.

The product seemed to be made well but it didn't work for my purpose. I wanted to use it for files for work. It just wasn't wide enough to fit enough files to make it worth my while.

The shoulder straps don't space out the weight enough so it digs in and hurts your back. I love the bag itself but the upper back and beck pain I get makes it hard to use.

I bought this bag for work 2 months ago. I use it everyday and love all the inside pockets. But only 1 month in.. the handle is splitting. Disappointed for the price, thought it would hold up longer for a work bag

The smaller handle on the tote is in fact hilariously small--I couldn't fit it on my shoulder (as a petite 5'2" woman). So, you have to use the longer strap which makes it fall awkwardly low. Otherwise, the tote seems to be made well. The return process was painless but they do charge you for it.

The bag has a shiny sheen which I do not like, was expecting a deep navy color. Also, the bag is made on canvas but made to be really stiff, I didn't expect that.

I received as a gift, which I requested. Good design and functionality. Lots of pockets and internal organization. But the canvas is incredibly stiff and low quality. Mine is Blue. Too late to return, but

One of the handles came apart within a week. Very disappointing because it is a great bag.

The denim pilled very quickly And did not hold up well I am disappointed in the purchase snd should return it I actsully stopped using it because the denim fabric picked up everything and was very pilly after the first week
