I do love the way that LL Bean keeps designs the same, and I did order this item again after the initial won finally wore out after many years of use. The problem with this item is that it has a hook on the top to use in case you need to hang it rather than just live it next to the seat. Sounds like a good idea, right? Problem is that the hook is really awkward when you put you decide not to use it. It gets hooked on everything, and to "put it away, you need to put it in a zippered pouch. Sounds like a good idea, right? Problem is, I want to use the zippered pouch, but it is useless if there is a hook in it. I don't mind the hook, but I sure which there was a better way to tuck it in rather than take a valuable space. I'll keep this one and just do what I did last time - cut it off!

I've owned two of these, and for the most part, it's a good product. The only reason I have to replace them is because the internal clear plastic(for containing spills) disintegrates long before anything even begins to wear. If this were fixed, it would be a 5/5

The font is too small and does not show up. Wasted money for initails.

This organizer is so-so. Its well constructed as far as the zipper and seams, and the bottom pocket holds items without spilling. But the inside upright pockets are a bit smalltubes get caught in the mesh. The inside horizontal pockets are also a bit tight. The outside side pockets have elastic to hold long skinny items but not very securelyitems slip out when the side pocket is unzipped, so only the small mesh pocket in the side pocket is useful.

I bought one of these a few years ago and I order another last month. It's exactly the same as my old one BUT it's a couple inches small. It may not seem like a couple of inches would matter, but it does if you have cosmetics that are a little taller. I'm disappointed in LL Bean. First, and foremost all their products are "Imported". They make nothing the USA. So not only are they still making huge profits, but now cutting corners on this toiletry bag, has further increased their profits.

I owned a small personal organizer for over 30 years, and have even given it to my daughter since purchasing this medium size organizer. However, I am disappointed in the internal pockets. My older organizer did not have elasticized pockets and it wasuch easier to remove and replace items, specifically hairbrushes. It is somewhat annoying.

Its well stitched, good zippers, but would rather have more mesh pockets than the shower caddy, which i dont need. I bought itto replace a hanging travel bag that had trifolded zipper pockets. The canvas handle is big enough to put over a suitcase handle. I dont think the two side pockets are quite big enough either.

I was pleased with the bag as this is my fourth one however it's the first I've had monogrammed and the letters were way too small

Although the toiletry bag seems like it will be good, the monogram is not what I was hoping for. I am giving this as a gift and wish I'd taken it to a local shop so that I could have approved the size of the monogram. The monogram is too small for the bagit looks odd. I wish LL Bean would consider the size of item being monogrammed and adjust the size accordingly.

I am not that thrilled with this purchase. It is much smaller and not as well made as another I have owned for several years.

Love the bag, but the personalization was way smaller than expected. Actually thought it wasn't even on there at first as it took a minute to even see it. Would not have purchased had I known the outcome.

I have ordered these for each of my children and their spouses over the years and I think the quality is not as good as original ones I have ordered. The padding isn't quite the same but I do like the changes in compartments.

Purchased to replace same item from a few years ago that had some degradation in one of the compartments. New version has too many Velcro inserts and is not sturdy. Older one was more suitable for holding more items in less compartments.

This will do for me until I find something better, but overall I'm a little disappointed. It's a good quality bag, will probably last a long time, but there's not much thought to organization or where standard toiletry items will fit. I have the medium, the main large pocket is shallow, you can't use it for tall items otherwise they tip forward. This could be fixed by bringing the front of this main pocket up an inch higher, which would also increase the size of the pocket in front. The stretchy pockets behind the main pocket are tall but thin, a shampoo bottle won't fit in them. Then the side pockets are short and not very useful. Anything I'd want to store in here is too tall - a toothbrush, comb, hairbrush is too tall. I also don't like that these side pockets unzip all the way - would be much better if they were square bottomed and only unzipped at the top, then they could be larger dump pockets for misc items.

I like the bag but the monogram is so very disappointing. It looks like a miniature on the bag. It isn't what I expected from LLBean at all.

I like this organizer. I had one 15 years ago that I used for the gym ALL THE TIME! Two international moves later, and I had gotten rid of it. I finally settled down again so I decided to buy another one. I love the small size (perfect for small bottles) but now the small size only comes in a few boring (boy) colors! I used to have an awesome purple small bag! Now I had to get the medium to get anything other than red, blue, navy, or black. The medium one is huge (too big for my needs, really). Please bring back the range of colors in the small size! The medium is really for week-long travel, not a weekend getaway or a gym trip!

For someone who travels for work he lives out of a bathroom bag. I bought this for a Christmas gift. Black with his initials in bright blue. Bery cute. Unfortunately I did not recieve in time for the holidays. Took exactly a month. I bought the medium and it is a tight sqeeze for regular items, this includes travel shampoo. If he needed 1 thing more it would not fit. For an entire week I suggest the large so it is not "stuffed" The removable pocket was tossed.

This is a good, sturdy bag but definitely smaller than I expected. Good for overnight but not much longer.

I have had my Toiletry Bag a number of years. It holds all the necessities. However, the top plastic pouch broke down and I put plastic packaging tape over it but that eventually did not last either. That is the one pocket I open and close the least, so excessive wear was not the cause. The plastic just broke down. Will you replace this bag?

The medium should be ok for a single person ... but no... found that I need something bigger. The compartments were thoughtfully arranged... yet some items... were too long and did not fit in well. The bag it self is so well constructed... the fabric, zippers, all are top. It is just the size. Then when it was packed... it was a big lump in the suitcase! It got returned and I am thinking of the large size...

Just ok. Pockets for Meds too deep. Outside fine. Inside could use re-design to better suit travel needs

After years of great service, this bag finally let me down. The hook that holds the bag when it's unzipped broke. It looks like composite metal is the culprit, as usual. Use quality materials and things like this won't happen.

This toiletry bag was purchased because I'm constantly traveling and my personal care items were too bulky for my luggage. If you're toting along full size bottles, you're better off using a gallon Ziploc because this bag can't handle them. The pull-out section is only a couple of inches tall, the bottles are not supported and they fall out. This just isn't something that I can use on the road full-time.

I'd hoped to be purchasing a smaller tote than what I already have, but this is even larger. I had even attempted to measure my current tote, and could have sworn I'd ordered something smaller. Oh, well. It was on sale, so I'll keep it for a holiday gift exchange. I like the color/design (light grey heather).

Bought this item for my daughter in law for Christmas, to replace her old one. Was much smaller than we thought it would be. Sending it back and getting the family size. Would rather err on the bigger end. Made very well though!
