Very attractive and functional bag. Outside has held up very well over the years but as others have mentioned the mirror breaks easily and the interior plastic pockets start to break down. I can't bear the thought of throwing out another of these bags so I will not buy for me, family or friends until it gets a redesign.

Bigger than I expected, even though I did check measurements. That's on me. For as large is it, the internal components that separate toiletries are not sized properly, they are too small to hold regular American size containers, leaving me to just toss in my toiletries. The outside side zippers barely hold a tube of small sunscreen. Lastly, the clear zipper compartment on the top flap when full competes with the items in the base compartment so zipping it up is always a chore.

Right color but still too big. Should offer dark green as size small.

I was given this as a gift from my company several years ago. I've used it about twice a year when traveling and like it very much. Recently two of the vinyl pouches split so it is no longer usable. I'll probably buy another one but perhaps the vinyl should be another material.

A little smaller than the one I bought 2 years ago. I did not like how the initials were arranged. Not good.

I've had it for some time now and don't enjoy it. So many compartments, I end up to opening them all to find anything. It fills up when I travel and then it doesn't pack that easily. I want to try semitransparent packing cubes.

Alot smaller than it looks considering i ordered the medium size! I hate to think how small the small is!

I had an identical bag for 20 years, and it finally came apart. I replaced it, and was sad to discover that the main zipper has a place that sticks every single time. It finally unzips - after tugging. I guess the quality has decreased over the last two decades. It is usable, just very annoying.

This is perfect for anyone who wants or needs a flexible, large capacity toiletry/medicine bag to stuff into a backpack. It holds everything I usually take on a trip with lots of room left over. Only problem..zipper malfunction first time used.

Although it was a great quality the compartments didn't hold as much as I thought they would so I returned them to the store and got the next size up, which was much better. These are gifts and I know they will last a long time. I just wish they had more feminine colors.

The 1st one I ordered didn't have the monogram on it. I donated it to the Can-Am silent auction at the moose lottery instead of returning it. The 2nd one I ordered with the monogram hasn't arrived yet.

This is a fantastic travel bag for a few years. Then the plastic turns yellow, breaks down, cracks, and tears to pieces. Customer service said this isn't covered by the warranty as it's normal for this product to have the plastic break down. So if you want a great bag for just a few years, this bag is terrific. If you want a bag that lasts a long time, look elsewhere. It's really too bad, because the rest of the bag is very durable and in great condition. It's only the disintegrating plastic that makes it unusable. If LLBean would use the durable fabric the rest of the bag is made of, it would be the best toiletry bag I've ever found. I only used it on a half dozen trips, very gently.

I ordered the grey toiletry kit with Hunter green thread in the monogramming. When it arrived, the thread was true green, NOT a Hunter green as ordered! Thus, I was very disappointed that the thread was not as requested!!

Buying this personal organizer toiletry bag was a waste of money. The medium size turned out to be bigger than I expected. It takes up about a third of the space in my luggage. (Luggage is 21" H x 15" W x 11" D.) Not only is it too big, it is not easy to see or find what I packed in the toiletry bag. Had I known all this, I would not have purchased it. Rather than use this toiletry bag when I travel by plane, I'll use clear, ziplock bags, which is what I have done for years. I can see what is in them and can tuck them into the numerous pockets inside my luggage.

I love these toiletry bags and have bought many over the years. I just wish they would get rid of the plastic for the top pockets and make them just mesh like the main front pocket. The plastic cracks and rips easily, making those pockets unusable. I am considering looking elsewhere for something similar without the plastic before purchasing another one. Please make this change so I don't have to give up on these!

Bought this bag after glowing reviews from friends, but the hook snapped on day three of a 3-week long trip. The load was less than two pounds. Really wanted to love this bag as it kept my items nicely organized, but was counting on the hanging feature.

So glad I ordered this for myself . It has plenty of room . The fabric is durable and looks nice also !!

The Medium size was a little smaller than I liked. Should have ordered the Large size.

This is a gift for my granddaughters upcoming birthday in May. She will be traveling a great deal for the next 12 months and this will come in very handy.

Held a lot of stuff --everything but took up more space than i liked

This bag came highly recommended by a number of friends, but unfortunately this is one big and bulky bag. At first I opted for the "small" size out of concern for the medium's dimensions, but the small is tiny and I replaced it with the medium. Yes, it really does cater for everything, but it's too voluminous for me unless I carry my biggest suitcase (it takes up about 20% of my weekender bag, for example). I wish there was a true medium size slightly bigger than the small, as this one is quite large by most counts. The Sea Holly is a nice bright green FWIW.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother, who is an avid traveler and needed a new toiletry bag. I returned the "Personal Organizer" size medium because the product was not the same color as advertised and was much smaller than I expected therefore it would not have suited the intended purpose.

I felt that the colors were duller and was expecting the colors to be more vibrant. Otherwise ok.

My husband and I have used an older version of this bag for 15-plus years. Although the new one has some appeal, we preferred the design features on the old model, such as firmer fabric and stiffer internal dividers, which make it easier to slide toiletries in and out, and keep them from shifting better, plus sewn in loops to hold toothbrushes upright. Blind pockets on the side did not seem functional (more zips to open) and made the bag less compact and clean in design. Also, the new one has a pouchy internal plastic pocket in the top that robs space from the main compartment. We also prefer the forest green color of our the one, which (thank you LLB) it is still in great shape.

Gave it as a heigh school grad gift to my granddaughter. Medium sized. Looked great but smaller than I would have liked. Wish the large had been available but it was back ordered.
