Took weeks to arrive, won't use often. My error in trusting you.

Have these bags for several family members- one started to fall apart so took it in to the store to see if could exchange. Was told that the product lining can disintegrate if it gets wet. It's a toiletries bag- of course it'll get wet! Company used to stand behind their products which made the higher price point worth it - not any more. Save your money.

It was used and missing parts.

Would have been good except it was used and missing pieces.

Purchased by mistake thinking it was a lunch box. Plan to return it. Not for quality or size just misunderstood item

Much smaller than I thought it would be. The monogram was also Too small!

Never received it. Hard rate well if you don't receive it.

Arrived missing the mirror. Customer service said they could not send a mirror, could not send another organizer, nor would they pay for a return. Very unhappily stuck with an incomplete product that's not my fault!

This is my second Toiletry bag since 1993. The first on lasted until I stopped using it in 2020. It is still great I just wanted a different color. So I bought a new one three years ago and the clear plastic pocket has completely ripped out rendering that part of the bag unusable. Also the mirror that came with it was cheap plastic and lasted less than a year before breaking apart. I am an airline pilot and use the bag every week and the previous version stood up to the heavy use beautifully. The quality now doesn't seem to be the same as it was years ago. Now they don't offer the selection of solid colors they used to and instead offer mostly trendy patterns that I'm not interested in. Very disappointed all around.

This was a gift, I know the person I gave it to likes it but that's it.

The size of the medium is great for my family of 3 but like another reviewer (of the small), I too had problems with the plastic & mesh pockets on the organizer not lasting. When I went to use the organizer for one of our vacations after being stored properly within other luggage, in a climate controlled environment, the plastic had started to crumble. Nothing being stored inside. This was starting after just a few years. The shell of the organizer was fine. The other reviewer said they tried to make a warranty claim, & if they purchased prior to the warranty revamp, LL Bean, is basically saying they made a disposable item. Even though this is clearly a quality of materials issue. I do not recommend.

Correctly ordered way in advance, incorrectly monogrammed, no replacement until Jan.

I have the dark blue toiletry bag - I have no complaints other than this big one. If the bag gets wet (or even damp) at all, the blue color runs and stains everything it touches. It has unfortunately just ruined two favorite pieces of light-colored clothing. :( Sad cause I like everything else about the bag - size medium is perfect for travel-size containers.

If it wasn't for the faulty hook I would rate this product very high. The very first time I tried to hang the bag up, the hook popped out of its socket and fell on the floor.

it's gigantic. Also, it should have a loop with velcro instead of the hook that may be too short, too long, too small, etc. I have a 30 yr old shower bag with a velcro hanger. It's also the closure for the bag. LL Bean should design one just like it. The zippers on the inside compartments didn't last 30 years.

Bulky, pockets small, no place for toothbrush, used the old personal organizer toiletry bag for years but was time for new one - this is definitely a disappointment!

Seam not sewn in pocket. The seam in the top pocket had only been sewn through halfway so my items slipped into the depths of the bag. I love this bag and I'm sure it was just an over site on the quality control so I may just exchange and hope the next one is sewn correctly!

It took three months to get the product. The product itself is great but this was a gift and it was embarrassing to keep telling my friend their gift was on its way.

This travel bathroom bag isn't very well organized. I can not fit as much as I would have liked into it. I bought a medium is hopes it would work. Not very happy but dealing with it.
