My handle is loose. So it moves everytime I pick it up.

The lifetime guarantee is great, but they do not mention that even if your cup is brand new and has a flaw like a wiggly handle, you have to take whatever color they have as a "warranty replacement". In this case it was an ugly stainless green. Highly disappointing. I took a refund instead but since the color I had is now out of stock I guess I am out of luck.

Try to buy but not for shipping to Europe :( So I hope you will change this soon ...

Just received my 40 oz cup and it is not living up to the claims that it keeps ice and drink cold. Really disappointed Wouldn't give any stars but unable to submit without giving one.

Cup has chipped and looks terrible. I contacted support and it took them a month to respond and still didn't replace my defective cup. All my other Stanleys are fine but this one did have an issue with the film

Cup does not keep drink cold, ice melts quickly. Cup sweats on outside. I think I got a bum cup. Disappointed and waiting to hear back from company.

I am disappointed with this product. I was so excited when I received it and now I don't use it. My ice doesn't even get me through an entire work day. My water gets warm and it makes it difficult for me to want to drink it. I do not recommend this product!

I received my cups last week..I was able to get the soft matte orchid color.. Well I finally open the box. I had read some reviews and videos about the coating chipping after i bout it, so i inspect it.. hand wash it.. inspect it again..fill it with ice water. All is well .. I've been sitting at my desk all day..I wfh.the cup hadn't let my desk other than pick it up and sip..anyway.. I go to pick my cup up..it feels a lil scratchy in one spot at the bottom..I flip it over to find the matte had chipped already...not even 5 hrs of use..I'm so disappointed ..

These tumblers are not leak proof and scratch easily. Aesthetically pleasing. But not being leak proof is a huge downfall considering the price.

I just got this cup and was so excited about it. I brought it outside with me for a workout in the sun and since then it has a burnt smell and taste to it. Very disappointed.

I was very disappointed in the cup and the amount spent on it as it claimed to keep drinks cold and my ice (I fill it at least half way with ice) melts within just a couple hours. I bought it as it claimed to keep cold so thought the money would be worth it.

I have the Tiger Lily color cup, which is a bright orange. It is not as heavy as the first one I got. It also will not hold ice for two days, I'm lucky if it holds ice for half a day.

I bought the black one and within a week the bottom started peeling. Poor quality on paint. When i emailed them they said they don't cover that issue. I've had yetis for years and they've never peeled. Love the look, but hate the quality!

Over priced and over rated. Only thing worse is the customer service. Received and washed on top rack of dishwasher. Took out and paint peeling off in 3 inch line down cup.

The bottom of the handle has already detached from the cup.

Handle broke within weeks. I filed a warranty claim back in January and have reached out multiple times since then and have not heard anything back. Disappointed

I purchased a Stanley quencher in January 2023. The lid broke and I requested a replacement lid through the Stanley chat. I gave them my contact information for the replacement. It's been weeks and no communication has been made to me.

Don't waste your money on the painted ones, my other has last two years, this one looks awful after two weeks

There should be a limit on how many you buy, sick of this selling out because people buy in bulk to resell for absurd amounts. Make a limit

I'm sorry, I have squelched my urge to speak on this long enough! It is SO unbelievably annoying that you only make enough of certain colors that you sell out in an hour! It is an AMAZING tumbler..I get you are perpetuating the demand..but an hour?? Come on!!!!

I received this cup, hand washed it and took extremely good care of it. One day the lid would not catch the threads of the cup thereby not allowing it to stay closed. The lid just spins and spins on the cup. I have been trying to get a replacement but have heard NOTHING from Stanley in 10 days since my email. I have called their 800 and 844 numbers provided by, after waiting on hold for 1.5 hours, I was disconnected. All I want is the lid replaced and Stanley has made it impossible to get in contact with them. They were very quick to debit my account when the cup was purchased but then after that, they fell off the face of the earth.

I would like to leave a review if I could buy a cup.

I just bought it less than a month ago and I regret it. It doesn't keep water cold for long. When it falls over is spills a lot.
