Does not hold cold temperature at all. Compared to a yeti I would not buy this again

I don't like the fact that it leaks whenever you tip it over. I ont buy again I just bought the Slim Modern.

I have been waiting on a replacement because it does not keep the drink cold like the other Stanley tumblers we have purchased.

Straw bent within two days of using. Not a durable product for the price.

This does not keep my drink very cold, my ice is gone in about 20 minutes.

Love the cup, but it is not built strong enough to withstand a fall. Mine fell from an bench while at the park and the handle has come loose with no way to adjust/tighten it - I've tried. Disappointing to say the least given that these things are not cheap.

I was not happy that my Stanley started to get rust inside of it at my job when the lid was closed.

This is absolutely the worst Tumblr ever designed! It is absolutely impossible to get the straw aligned 90 from the handle. I have done it 100 times and it will not work. You should re-design the lid, so this is achievable. Maybe you should look into how Kodi or Artic designs their lids.

I purchased 3 for my college kids but none will use the item because there is no cover for the straw if you are not drinking. You apparently have to remove the straw, which makes absolutely no sense. Plus there is leakage when carrying the unit around with the straw. The "3 position" feature in the product specifications makes you think that the straw need not be removed. So, throughout the day, anything can go into the straw. I cannot understand why a product that people typically use on the move would be designed in this manner. Extremely disappointed and going back to Yeti.

Does not keep ice/drink cold nearly as long as my Yeti cups and after just one wash water got inside the walls of the cup making a swish sound. After a week or two I just grew it away and went back to my yeti cups.

Y'all do not purchase these cups, you spend so much and then they peel! No matter how much care and love, and not putting them in the dishwasher I might at, it's peeling and customer service isn't doing anything about it either other than saying "oh well"! Stay away from Stanley they don't care and they sell cheaply made cups!

Not keeping my drinks cold like advertised not going to buy any more. Other brands are better and keep colder

The handle is about to fall off. I would like a replacement.

I'd like it better if I received it! It said it was delivered but nothing appeared, was home all day as well. So disappointed

My ice melts so fast and it leaks if you accidentally tip it over. I have cups that I've bought for a fraction of the price that hold ice 3 times longer and don't leak.

Handle became loose after seven months. Emailed Stanley and the responded by warranty does not cover cosmetic problems . I even wouldn't caus that a cosmetic issue the handle has a function not a cosmetic. I've have been a big fan of Stanley products for as long as I can remember but not no more .

Worst cup I ever bought with my money! I saved up the money to buy 2, one for me and one for my brother both chipped and scratched very easily would not recommend. I bought it so I can have something cold to drink while on road trips because I travel along with my job. Once again I say would not recommend

It broke the 2nd week I got it. Spent all this money on something I can't use and refuse to buy another. Sigh.

DO NOT BUY!!! I ordered the cloudy blue color back on May 23. My first one went missing in the mail. So they resend it to me and it get delivered to New Jersey my address is in Missouri. I ask for a reimbursement and they said it's my local post office it fault. THE PACKAGE NEVER MADE IT TO MY LOCAL POST OFFICE. And have ghosted me to reimburse me. Just stealing your money and unprofessional

Handle broke and Stanley will not honor warranty Not the quality I expected

Spills and scratches easily. Poor quality hard to clean scuffs.

Leaks so bad. Everytime I take it out and about, I only end up with half my drink because the lid doesn't even try to keep it in.
