I had this cup for a little over one year and followed the care instuctions. Dispite that the cup has begun to lose paint on the bottom of the cup and Stanley will not stand behind their products and replace this cup. I have had many cups that are the old version of the cup that did not have this probelm, this may be a quality issue of the new design.

It was absolutely awful. All of the bronze metallic peeled off the cup. I didn't even put it in the dishwasher.

The handle fell off our Stanley and your company is saying we have to wait an indefinite amount of time to get our replacement because your warranty dept doesn't have them YET they are available on your website??? Your product failed and now we have to wait???

It doesn't hold ice. I've tried whole cubes, crushed, shaved. It melts within an hour or two. The lid it tight. So tight that I need help taking it off!

I just bought it, came home to wash it and it scratched just from a sponge

leaks all the time and large amounts of water at a time and got sent wrong color

Don't buy the matte version I purchased two and within not even having them three months they are peeling and they will not replace them. So frustrating because the colors I have are only available in the matte finish. As expensive as they are they shouldn't be peeling right off so disappointing that they will not replace these

These cups are the worst! Although I appreciate the straw and the handle, they are a PAIN in the butt to clean. Mine is constantly growing mold, and all those little ridges and all the pieces you have to take apart in the lid.

This was horrible! I bought one for my niece and it broke in the mail! She never got to use it so now I will be saving up all my money to buy another if I can!

Do NOT buy the Rose Quartz, the metallic will wear off after about a month and look horrible. Stanley WILL NOT stand behind their products. Will never purchase again.

I was so disappointed with my Stanley. I expected it to at least keep my drink cold but it never held my ice. It leaked. For the amount I paid I thought I'd love it. I was so excited with the handle option and the straw.

Cup is nice, keeps everything cold for a while, but what ever you do, DO NOT DROP IT, dropped it one time and the handle went flying off. It's the only reason I chose this one, and that doesn't fall under their lifetime warranty.

I has my cup for two days and it's already scratched up! I had my yeti cup for 3 months and it looks nothing like this. It's ridiculous for the price !!!

I got the rose quartz glow and in less than 24 hours, the paint is already chipped in 3 places. I hand washed it, filled it with ice and water and that's it. Paid a lot of money just to see silver showing through on my cup in such a short amount of time.

If only influencers were honest about their recommendations. My Yeti does a much better job of keeping my ice cold water actually cold. Don't waste your money on the Stanley like I did.

Great cup but the handle is falling apart. Not rough on it or anything it just seems that the material the screws go into doesn't hold up.

The cup gets dirty fast on top where the straw goes in you need to be sure to wash cup take apart and put back togather the grime and dirt snd slime that is in cup at the top grossed me out i would not buy this cup for sanitary reasons and buyer beware stanley needs to fix the bacteria form in these cups

I am disappointed in this product. The paint started chipping everywhere after only a few months of use. Stanley told me this is cosmetic and is therefore not under warranty. For the amount you pay for this cup, you would think the quality would be better. I will stick to my Yeti -the paint doesn't chip, my drink stays colder, and the straw hasn't cracked. The Yeti doesn't spill like the Stanley does.

I haven't had this for very long and the paint started chipping and the straw already cracked. For such an expensive cup, you would expect better quality. When I reached out, they told me this would not be covered under warranty. I am disappointed. It also spills if it is knocked over, even with the new style lid. I am more impressed with my yeti cup. I do not have these issues and my drink stays colder longer with the yeti.

Honestly not worth the hype! I've had way cheaper cups that have held up better. It scratches easily, the handle loosens and I have to tighten it back up weekly, and the metal dents way too easily. Save your money! I don't mind splurging on nice products that last but this is not good quality and not worth the cost. Definitely not "built for life" and they won't stand behind it.

Top is always leaking maybe mine is defective. Water all over my car if the cup tilts slightly , Straw hole is sealed water seems to be coming from under the white part, is this normal?

Iced for 40 hours is a massive lie. The ice lasts maybe 6 hours at most!
