Came damaged and couldn't get it replaced. Will never buy another Stanley product again.

It would be great if I had it!! I ordered on October 5th, supposedly shipped on the 6th last tracked stop on October 19th so no I don't know how nice it is.

Doesn't hold ice at all. Isn't spilled proof. I know others who has the exact same Stanley and theirs are perfectly fine holds ice for hours when mine will only for an hour at most

Great materials but bad durability. My 4 year old child ate this water bottle and i couldn't use it, i wish there were better options that would stop that from happening. He is very young and its pretty dangerous for him to eat it because it's bigger than him.

My daughter bought herself this cup with birthday money. Less than 2 weeks later the handle had fallen off.

Do not buy this!! I knew it would be heavy because it's insulated but what I didn't think about is that the straw lets out air / doesn't keep in the cold, so ice doesn't last 24 hours. The biggest issue for me is it spills SO easily. My dog knocked over my Stanley and I think 38 of the 40 oz ended up on the ground. Even if you just tip the mug it spills. You can't throw it in a bag or anything like that. It fits in cup holder of my car but only the large sized one. Not super practical. There are just so many better options. I wish I would have done my research before buying

Leaks and is very heavy. Would Like to return. Do not like it

Handle broke! Was only filling it up, handle broke off the body.

It's a cute cup but I've only had it for a couple of weeks and it's already scratched from multiple parts. I've never had a problem with any of my Stanley's.

I received this cup with scratches on it from the cardboard Stanley tag wrapped around it. I attempted to file a return, but every time I filed out the form it wouldn't submit. I gave up, have never used the cup and will never. It a cup from Stanley again.

Doesn't retain the cold and also leaks from the lid area I think my item is defective

The way it keeps ice is the absolute worst, sometimes I consider selling this cup to buy a different brand

Spills and makes a mess. I'm not happy that I purchased 3 of these cups and once they fall over the water spills out everywhere. My next order will be BruMate

These cups are the worst, I cannot believe I fell for the hype . Unless you do absolutely nothing and do not need them to travel or be used in any way other than just sitting in a cup holder , this is not the cup for you. They are top heavy , they are the least leak proof , chip easily , fall over constantly and completely leak All their contents instantly . The lids malfunction . This is a perfect example of something that was hyped up by "influencers" online and everyone wasting their money trying to get all the flashy new colors . I hate that I fell for this and went with this after my almost 10 year old hydro flask needed to be replaced. Definitely the wrong move and disappointing that this didn't live up to the Stanley quality I expected.

The handle fell off after a month. I use it everyday but I was not rough with it.

Very heavy, Too bulky and annoying to carry, does not keep liquid cold, feels low quality, not worth it

Had it boxed for a gift and when it was opened, the bottom of the handle was detached from the main cup. Because it's past 30 days, even with the tag still in it, the company won't exchange it.

This is my second cup I purchased and idk if it was defective or something but it sucks. Sorry, not sorry. Doesn't keep my drinks cold at all. I no longer use it. I use it as a tool when I take my dog a bath. I fill it up with water to rinse the soap off.

My was completely damaged I need a new one I was going out of town so buy a Stanley but now I don't have one .

I was so excited to get my Stanley cup. I remember as a child, my father always having the old fashion green and stainless steel lid thermos, and they seem like they last forever. I was very disappointed when my cup started leaking I'm currently looking for a better option to buy. A replacement would be nice. Please contact me

I loved my Stanley!!! However the bottom half of the handle broke within weeks of buying it.

Why is the color I want always sold out??? I want the rose quarts swirl.

Doesn't keep ice long. The ice melts quickly. So there for the drink isn't cold

Worst customer service ever! My handle fell off over a month ago and I'm still waiting for my replacement. They have offered a smaller one, what?? And the color and size has been available on the website the entire time!! Their response "we have a different warehouse for replacements." Do better!!

Worst purchase ever. Marketing is great. Quality is horrible. I put ice in mine two hours ago and is already melted. I have an office job so the sun rules out why it melted so fast. Would highly recommend not purchasing this.
