Surprised of all the reviews and bought into the hype of this cup craze. Disappointing. It does not keep my drink cold or ice for more than 2 hours. Lid does not stay on great. Won't buy it again or for a gift for anyone. Overpriced.

I am very disappointed with my Stanley. It leaks everywhere and the finish has started to come off after less than 1 month of owning it. I would not recommend this overpriced tumbler to anyone. You are better off going to Marshalls and getting a knock off of this. I will not be purchasing from Stanley again.

My boyfriend bought this cup for me. I won't be buying a new one. He bought me this cup because of the whole it keeps ice & the drinks cold, but mine just doesn't keep the ice, they seem to melt right away .

I thought that the tumbler would have been way more durable. My 40oz tumbler handle became loose with in 3 month with minimum use from the office to the car to the house vice versa. The warranty is also bad. You have to wait weeks even months to get an exchange due to no supply or settle with an unwanted color in a different size. Over all I'm very disappointed and will not be purchasing Stanley products again.

I won't buy this because my handle broke I hate it

Horrible. My handle already broke on it. It has been a pain trying to get a replacement.

Horrible cup. Spills all the time - whats the point in a screw top lid if its always leaking

The handle to the Stanley is loose. I don't understand how a water tumbler this expensive isn't durable after 2 months of purchasing it.

The cap gets moldy. not the easiest to wash. And definitely didn't not ice it there for quite sometime. not for me.

Handle broke in first week. Company won't warranty it because they basically are only selling 40oz because demand is to high to warranty it as promised. Very poor practice.

I purchased the black version. First time I placed it in the dishwasher my cup came out with multiple discoloration spots. Very disappointed.

Paint coming off. Website is hard to navigate and try and get a warranty replacement. Had maybe two months

all the paint chipped off in random spots so i don't bring it outside the house bc the way it looks but otherwise i love it

I have three of these cups, they are not the cheapest but they are functional for the size is perfect for me to hold ice for work all day, the warranty however is now no longer covering chips in the cup, the latest tumbler I have had for 3 weeks and has chips on it and Stanley will not replace it. The quality for the price is not worth it anymore. There are other brands that are a better value.

My handle on my Stanley literally just fell Off. something fell onto my stanley and the handle snapped off clean cut. That's the entire point of getting a Stanley is for the handle

It came dented so it doesn't sit flat on a table which bothers me

Does not keep my ice for even a 12 hour shift, which is disappointing because so many people rave about how long it keeps their ice. For the price of this cup, I expected better.

Why??? I want to love this cup but it is the worst and most expensive cup I have! It spills and leaks! It doesn't keep anything cold!!

For some reason it doesn't keep the ice long and melts far faster than my Yeti tumbler does.

Fell off the counter and the bottom is dented - not tips when stood upright

I don't really like to complain but my Stanley came with a scratch and a small dent.

I really loved this mug until the cover got stuck! After a quick search how to get it unstuck, I noticed a lot of other people had the same issue. Stanley, any solutions? I can't use my mug anymore because I can't get the cover off.

The lid is extremely hard to open and close and it takes me several minutes to get it to fully close or open. Might just be my specific cup though and not all of them. I have other Stanley's and they're fine.

The lid doesn't twist in correctly. When twisted in if I want to drink out of it with the straw straight the lid has a gap between it and the cup. If I want the lid on without a gap the straw is to the side and I have to angle my cup/ handle to drink out of it. This is my second cup and I am not impressed by the amount I spent and the quality.

It does help me drink more water but the cover constantly gets stuck on and I have to put it in the freezer to get it off. Plus the leaking stinks
