When are you going to add PINK 30 oz tumblers with handles? I check every single day!

I received one for Christmas, shipped directly from the company. My ice melted within 5 hours. Definitely not living up to advertised specs. I would not recommend. The outside of the mug was freezing cold. On a summer day there would definitely be condensation all over the outside.

Very bad experience, the handle broke in less than a month of use

I'm really disappointed in this product. I've been using Stanley bottles for a while and loved them, but I got this one a few days ago as an early Christmas gift and it's not as good as the older models. It's not as well balanced, it fell in the car and spilled everywhere. The straw is loose and made of plastic so it stays hot and uncomfortable. The design is pretty, but NOT functional.

Stop asking me. It was a gift to someone and I have no idea. However, I do know that you people need to leave me alone about reviews and I will not buy another from you.

I bought this Stanley in the black version to use it every day it comes out, and I make my caramel coffee frappe every day, but every time I put it in my Stanley, the longest it lasts cold is two hours, after that, it is already melted, and I'm so mad and sad at the same time

The first time my daughter dropped the Stanley less than a 2 ft drop the handle fell off completely. It appears to have not been secured on properly during manufacturing. Thankfully it still works and no scratches, but I was extremely concerned about how easy that fell off. I have several other Stanley's that have been dropped numerous times without and significant damage

I got it there was glue residue and pop or juice residue on the lid and in the straw like someone has used it I emailed 3-6 times no answer back

Straw too thick. I'm giving it to my daughter. I ordered the flip straw instead. It has a much thinner straw.

The handle broke off after a day of having it. I was so exited to get it, and then the day after I picked it up, the handle was completely off, I did not drop it or anything, it just simply broke.

You sent it in the mail and delivered it with the picture of it on it so my daughter who I was surprising from Santa now knows she's getting a Stanley which was quite heart breaking since I don't have much this year to give her and I caved in Atleast it you sent just a box no picture would have been wonderful

The color in the photo is much different than what it actually looks like in person. I sent this one back

Both of my Stanley's bottoms have peeled and chipped. No dropping or damage. And the worst part is water from washing gets under the paint and then leaks and leaves rings on whatever surface it sits on. This is less than a year after purchase. Warranty doesn't cover this issue either. Last Stanley purchase!

My cup doesnt work, doesnt keep any of my drinks cold.

Hello; I have two water bottles made of the same material and my experience was very sad, I cannot put them in the car compartment or wash them because, they will get scratched, the material is extremely low. Then I bought the second one and it was the same experience. I do not recommend STANLEY, its quality is basic and low.

The pattern isn't that great! and the plain white with peppermint straw isn't that sharp either. Disappointed! Wanted the gold trimmed red one but all sold out...

I recently bought a Staley and it doesn't seem to work as good as it says it should it doesn't keep my drink cold enough and my cup leaks a lot the lid won't stay on I was thinking's about buying more Stanley for Christmas gifts but after my experience with my first one I don't want to risk spending. My money on something that doesn't work this isn't a really good cup I am planning on returning my cup unless i get help on this please hope you can help this thanks if you respond by helping me with this problem I don't want to have another bad experience

A one star only because it's a beautiful cup. Packaging is very poor. My cup was not bubble wrap to protect from damage, the box was not taped AT ALL. It could have easily been broken. Simple Modern bubble wraps. Tapes box &securely put in another box wrapped from aby damaging. From here on out I'll just continue to buy from retailers as i have at least 10, but never again on website until you change how it is packaged. For the price we pay, we would like it well packaged.

Does not hold ice! The old design was so much better.

I am not happy with the Stanley cup. I don't like that it leaks and that it has no closing mechanism

Ordered it thinking it was red, which is the color I needed only to get it and it's Marroon. Overall I love stanley, this is my 4th... but NOT happy with the color.

The handle broke off my brand new Stanley when I was hand washing it in our sink. I'm very disappointed in the quality.

Have yet to use it I tried calling & sent emails as to trying to get it exchanged & no one ever reached out to me so therefore it is still in the box

Bought for my son's girlfriend for her birthday! not happy with it at all! it leaks & dont keep ice cold for only about 2 hours very dissatisfied with it!! mary

The black isn't a very pleasing color. I wish I would have got green.
