Have a 40 oz that has had a wobbly handle since purchase (didn't think anything of it). It broke with no liquid in it. Contacted warranty and they only offer a 30 oz as replacement. Highly disappointed.

I understand that this product contains lead and I???m no longer able to use it. Kindly respond to my inquiry about this issue. Thank you

I???m extremely disappointed in this product and the customer service I have received. I have owned this product for less than a year and it fell off of my desk at work causing the handle to snap half off. I was told encouraged to reach out, hearing that Stanley???s customer service was impeccable. That was a bold faced lie. They have no empathy for the fact that this overpriced cup is broken. I guess they can survive car fires but they can???t survive falling less than 2 feet? That seems highly suspicious to me as though quality control is clearly inconsistent. I???ve purchased 7 other Stanley???s as presents for my bridal party and frankly I should return them all. I no longer believe in this product or this brand and they will never receive another dime of my hard earned money. I strongly urge others to purchase from Hydroflask or Yeti.

So I order a Stanley cup and never recieved and no one contacts me back I just wanted a Stanley cup

Have had my Stanley for less than a month and is already chipping. Have taken great care of it and only hand washed.

Spills and leaks everywhere!! It does keep the water cold and the idea of it is great, however even if it leans slightly it spills everywhere. Completely waste of money

I can't buy a cup in a color I want. Even when I use notify me, they are already sold out in less than 10 minutes. Therefore I give up trying to buy a Stanley cup. It is impossible.

After having my Stanley for only a few months the handle fell off.

I bought this product before and it was great, but this one we bought online and after using one week the handle broke.

Frustrated that I can???t buy the Lainey Wilson limited edition. They put them on sale during times when people work and sold out before anyone had a chance.. have not bought any those were the only two I wanted.

Terrible item, I dropped it one time and the bottom of the handle broke, older Stanley???s were built with purpose, my mother still has hers from the 80s, I don???t know where they went wrong but they definitely screwed up on this item

It chipped the first day. Was washing it and it tipped over on the counter and chipped, would have thought it would have been more durable.

After purchasing 2 -40 oz in January we have stopped drinking from them due to lead being reported as part of the construction. It's concerning.

I'm super disappointed that these bottles are sealed with lead. I'll be taking my business to Hydroflask who care about the health of their customers.

Somebody stole my Stanley they're too preppy for this world

I feel bad giving a low rating, but I am regret ordering the Stanley tumbler. I have kidney disease and thought I could fill it everyday and get the water I need, but I also have severe arthritis in my hands and wrists and the tumbler is too heavy for me to hold. The tumbler colors are very pretty, and the quality is excellent though.

Does not keep anything as cold as it claims. Ice will melt in less than 3 hrs .

omg do not buy a waste of money my kid threw up in it and it was so hard to clean becuase it was sticky then my kid dropped it and it broke do not waste your money.

Brought this cup for my daughter back in Dec for her 23rd birthday, what a waste of money this cup has been chipping since we got it, and it was the purple one. I wouldn't give 1 star if I didn't have to.

We got this for our daughter for Christmas. One month after she got it the color started fading all around the top. According to Stanley this is apparently "normal" wear and tear. We have many other cups that were cheaper and older that held up for years!

Not staying cold or not keeping ice. Life doesn't fit properly

For such an expensive tumbler it's unacceptable to have the handle break after owning it for less than 30 days, and the company saying they cannot replace or fix it the handle that fell off.

Did not like it at all it spills everywhere and the quality is not there
