I was gifted this cup for Christmas 2023 and it's only had the handle has already broke. Other issues I always struggled with getting the lid unscrewed.

The lid on this Stanley does not close all the way. Very disappointing.

WHY IS IT MADE OUT OF LEAD? ME AND MY CHILDREN COULD'VE GOTTEN SICK. ARE YOU CRAZY? NEVER BUYING A STANLEY AGAIN.

I hate it. Spills water everywhere. Hate it. So much buzzz over nothing. Sucks

It is not pink. Hideous. It is purple or mauve. Not cute.

What an AWFUL color- I am so disappointed! It appeared more "deep plum" online - IT IS BROWN AND GOLD.

Leaking water, my daughter has to very careful. It's very heavy.

So excited to get a Stanley cup, but I had a problem with Scrooge the top every time. Always had to ask a Men to open. My main thing was the bottom handle broke in less then a week..

First f all, I don't have a pink tumbler!!! I haven't purchased a pink tum

Handle broke in less than four months and Stanley will not honor their warranty. They said they have none in stock and no ETA of when they will.

I have about 45 Stanley's and I Hand wash all of them. However, this is the first time I had one peel.. please contact me as soon as possible.

Don't buy the Black and Gold one, IT'S BRONZE!! It said it needs to be 50 characters so I'm going to say it again, BRONZE NOT GOLD!! Very disappointed! It's ugly!!! Not what the picture showed. Check out the photo!!

It is not recommended. Doesn't meet my high expectations. Bought it on feb 4, for two weeks been using it as container for hot water its already broken. Kept hot water for at least for more than five hours which is good especially now winter times. The lid cup cannot close tight securely anymore and looks like rubber worn off or shrunk causing not to be able to close properly. How i wish could return it so they can replace a new one or i can get refund but i already threw in the garbage the box container. Stanley i want new one or refund please!

I am not impressed. The ice melted after a few hours. The color is nice.

Overrated, just an average water bottle. Way too expensive for a cup

handle fell off after a week of use. it got loose the second time i attempted to take off the lid and by the time i had been using it a week the handle completely snapped right off. i???ve had other stanley???s that have held up well, but this one for whatever reason must???ve been faulty.

Handle breaks off VERY easily and Stanley will not replace it! Buyer Beware!!

Bought 2 of these as gifts for Christmas. Once the news broke about containing lead, the recipients got concerned and won't use them. Feel cheated that this was not disclosed so I, as the purchasing consumer, could make a fully informed decision. And the claim this is "sustainable" is quite curious.... sure, because of stainless steel... but what about as to the lead???

I loved my cup because how pretty it was and how well it worked. I disappointed to say that this cup was extremely over priced. I figured with this price tag, the cup would survive being knocked over on its side on a level surface, I was wrong. These cups gets so scratched up and easily damaged, it???s not even worth the price. I got accessories to help protect it, and they???re still so fragile. I think Stanley is more focused on throwing out now colors then to give quality type cups. I will stick to my Starbucks 20 ounce tumblr, I have multiple and not a single scratch on any of them.

I???m writing because I???m not happy with this cup I order the pink for valentines got it was happy with the color but the cup tilt a little and some of the juice that was in the cup mess up my clothes thought it was spill proof but it???s not a cup for that price should be spill proof not a happy customer
