Loved this cup so much but the handle broke off, simply carrying it to the kitchen for a refill. Had and used a lot from Christmas until early March. I had a baby January 6 and this kept me drinking enough water at the end of pregnancy, postpartum, and breastfeeding. Super disappointed that it broke considering it was never dropped and taken care of properly.

I was super excited to get the Stanley cup after hearing all the rave about it. My bottle constantly leaks water from the top, which is a big downfall. Besides this problem, I think it's a great size and keeps your drinks hot/cold all day long.

This cup doesn't hold ice for two days! This is why I bought the cup! 49 was a lot. Shm

I barely dropped my cup on the ground and the top piece of the lid fell off and broke. Now it won't stay on! I'm pretty mad about it! - camille

Not great. Doesn't keep things cold for as long as it says. Spills! I will not be ordering again. Not worth the hype.

Customer support ignored my claim after I emailed them 2 times for my Stanley being broken in the mail and then my 3 stanley came in with blue stuff and dent on it.

I like the look of the cup and the handle, but I feel like my yeti holds ice better

I like this cup but it would be 100x better if it didn't leak :( worth the try but I'll stick with my Starbucks tumblers :P

I don't like this cup. The way the top screws on makes the handle accessible to the left hand instead of the right hand. Poor design. All car cup holders are to the R of the driver. Waste of money.

So yes, it's big & durable, has a handle. But I would have thought the lid was leak proof when it's in the closed position, ya know since you're paying a little more for a thermos & since it has the Stanley name oh and the fact that cheaper brands are leak proof. Well, it's not. I found that out the hard way. Kinda disappointed & slowly growing to despise this monstrosity of a cup.

I love this brand, with the exception that this particular item came in defective. Also for the price you don't want your cup to be scratch or not working properly.

I love my Stanley's. ALTHOUGH, i have had trouble with this one. For some reason there has been a metal taste coming from the inside of the tumbler starting recently. I have already sent an email explaining my situation and problem. But seems as though nobody will contact me back regarding our problem. I have only ever used water inside this tumbler and have never put it through a dishwasher. Please, please I'm just begging to get some help to fix this issue.

It leaks too easily, even if I just tip it. Over slightly, it'll start leaking where the straw is. It's also pretty tough to take the lid off.

If you make a replacement lid for my 40 Oz. that doesn't leak when it tips over thrn I'll give it a better review. The lid is pathetic. You can do better--can't you???

I love the cup itself but the ice is hard to keep from melting right away. Possibly just a malfunction with the cup as I have seen several of those incidents.

These were given as gifts for Christmas. Company has been out of stock since. Happy for your Company

The part of the lid that is made to swivel and adjust based off of how you would like to drink BROKE when I tried to turn it to use the straw part.

The handle literally broke off when i was holding it. The screws are not held tight enough. If you see this i want a new one because you screwed up. start providing insurance

My cup scratched immediately which was a bummer - I thought it would hold up better than this so be careful! It also isn't a good design to try and sit upright in a bag when walking into work, gym, airport etc. if it's not perfectly upright it will leak! Kind of bummed about the Stanley tumbler because I was so looking forward to it.

I have carpal tunnel and I am in pain when trying to twist this thing open. The reason why I have to close it very tight is because if I don't the straw will be facing the handle and make it hard to drink out of. Wish it would twist more.

The matte covering is peeling off despite the fact that I hand wash it gently.

The coating on my cup chipped in multiple places the first time I used it. The size and style of the cup is great, but for this much money, I'd expect it to hold up longer than one wash.

My cup was fine but I dropped it on a hardwood floor and the handle broke off.

The tumbler looks great and probably works just as well, but there is a dent in the bottom .This prevents the tumbler from sitting level on a surface without wobbling. I purchased it as a Christmas gift and have been trying since December to get customer service to provide a Return Authorization. I filled out the online form and then called several times, but never got an answer. I hope if you order one of these, you don't need to return it or have a warranty issue.
