I really want to give this a 4 star review , because I love this cup. However the 30 Oz i purchased just does not hold up to the advertised 40 hr ice hold. I really wished this could hold my iced drinks because as of right now it is only lasting 6 hrs.

I waiting so long to finally get a Stanley cup and I have to say I'm disappointed. I don't know if it's just my cup but it barely keeps my drink cold for an hour. I used the yeti before this cup and I prefer it bc I like my water very cold. Unfortunately I won't be spending the money to retry this brand even though the design and colors are great.

The lid is very difficult to put on and take off. The straw never ends up where it is supposed to. Drinks stay cold and ice lasts for over 24 hours but the straw being off center is super annoying.

Extremely disappointed in Stanley and their willingness to stand behind their product. My daughter's tumbler was stained in the dishwasher, even though the products are said to be dishwasher safe. She has an orange tumbler and now there is a blue line down the side of it. As much as these cost, there should be company understanding and support for replacing a defective product . Not sure dishwasher safe is 100% true., so be aware when putting your product in the dishwasher. I feel this tumbler should be replaced under the lifetime warranty guarantee..

Received my cup yesterday and I went to go use it and the handle is loose and I'm afraid of using the cup.

I bought the Rose Quartz the day it was released. (I should start by saying I am a YETI girl through & through and this experience has only confirmed it.) I buy Stanley's for DIL's, so when this one was delivered Examined it with a fine tooth comb, (first I'll say I was disappointed it was NOTHING like the ad it was more mauve than "rose gold"). I eventually sent it to one of my DIL, she had used it 3 x's before the finish stared to come off. 3 times!!!! NONE of my yetis have done that my copper YETI's have held up like champs in the dishwasher! (Like all my YETI's!) I have bought multiple Stanley's in the past for them but this just makes me sick and so embarrassed. I know I didn't make it, but I sent her this crappy tumbler and I'm so embarrassed.

I'm so sad!! I just got one two days ago and it is already all scratched up even though I've only used it once!! I saved up my money just to buy it and now it is ruined

I bought this to try to stay more hydrated throughout the day but I am not understanding the obsession. I really wanted to like it. I filled it with cubed ice and water twice and both times my ice was gone within 2 hours. The straw is so hard and fat I feel like I have to sip weird to get the water (think baby bird getting a worm). Also, I have smaller hands and this thing gets so heavy which would be fine but the handle is so long and wide it's a weird grip. It puts pressure on your wrist when it's full. I think the Citron color is pretty, but I am sad I spent so much money on this product. It does not meet my expectations.

I wanted to like this tumbler but the water will leak so bad it's honestly so inconvenient so I did get another Stanley but with the lid closed with a mouth piece because I couldn't handle the spills anymore. NOT worth it unless you're going to have it sitting on your desk for hours.

Cute cup, LOVE the straw but unfortunately the handle broke off about 2 months after purchasing. Definitely expected it to be more durable for the price.

I absolutely LOVED this cup and was so excited to get as a gift. I've had it for a week or so. It fell out of my chair and the pieces on the lid broke. Now it is not usable. I'm so disappointed that the lid isn't more durable. So sad!!

I went wrong believing every one that claimed the lid didn't leak at all. It technically doesn't leak, it pours. This would be an amazing cup if they would fix the lid.

Not for lefties! I didn't realize that this cup is for right hand ppl only until I received it. Everything is great about this cut except for this fact. If you are predominantly left handed this cup will frustrate you.

Leaks everywhere even with the lid closed. Not just a little either. Literally pours out from the top. Disappointing.

Overall love the look, I bought soft matte in the dune color was so excited for it. My water doesn't stay cold longer than an hour, extremely dissatisfied

I have purchased a Stanley before and have loved that it keeps my drinks cold and the ice would last at least 2-3 fills. However, I purchased the rose gold quartz and the ice doesn't last with the first fill.

Doesn't keep liquids cold long, ice melts quickly. I definitely expected more. I like the color and it shipped fast.

Functionally, this water tumbler works well. However, after the first wash in the dishwasher (as everywhere says it is dishwasher safe) the outside of the cup came out stained with water droplets. I've tried rewashing it by hand and scrubbing at the spots thinking that maybe it was some dishwasher detergent that didn't rinse off completely but they aren't coming off. It seems to be the coloring of the outside that has faded due to the water. Pretty disappointing to pay this much for a cup that advertises 'dishwasher safe' and have the aesthetics ruined in the first wash. I've never had this issue with any of my other dishwasher safe water bottles/tumblers. The cup will still work, but super disappointing to have the 'aesthetic' ruined on first wash...

The cups with handles are on the left side.. And I can speak for myself but I am a righty and the majority is right handed.. I know it can be fixed by putting the handle on the right side but then the logo disappears.. I recommend putting the Stanley logo on both sides of the cup. So your not missing out.. Thanks

The more I use this cup the more I get frustrated with it. I have no idea why, but it is very difficult to get the lid off of this cup. I try twisting it and I can't ever get it off.

Overall, it looks good but functionality does not work for me. The lid does not twist on. Prior to this, the water would leak when I'm trying to drink it when not using a straw. For the price I paid, my other insulated mugs work better.

Doesn't keep ice for more than 4 hours. For boasting "2 days" of ice . Sad is an understatement.

my handle broke right off and i'm devastated!!! such an expensive water bottle and i loved it!! would be 5 if it didn't break because i loved everything else about it

i love the quality of the cup but came damaged and i have sent many claims over the past month and have heard nothing

I love the cup itself but I received the wrong color I ordered a cream one and received the color fog.. I love the cup tho works great stays cold still sad ab the color though .
