Not happy with my purchase. For the price you would think they would be made better. The lid on mine leaks.

the cup doesn't keep things hot or cold for very long

My handle detached after a week of use. I have emailed and have gotten no response. I am very disappointed in the quality of the cup.

Love the size of the cup! But sadly doesn't hold the coldness of my water, ice doesn't even last 15 minutes. Reached out to customer service but still waiting on a reply

If you are a mom of littles this is not a great cup. If you have littles like me who have a tendency to know things down on accident or love to pull straws out of cups then be mindful of this cup. This cup is great for the fact that you can drink lots of water and it fits in your cup holder. HOWEVER, I do have a few issues with the cup: 1) There is no straw stopper 2) The moment the cup take falls I am amazed at how 3/4 of my water in my 40oz cup manages to spill out all over the place. Again, if you are a parent of littles it just adds a little chaos to chasing little around, them trying to play in the water and now cleaning up a massive mess of water EVERYWHERE.

Bought the charcoal tumbler and it came damaged, did a warranty claim and was pleased to receive another one, however it's also damaged. Not sure why Stanley is sending damaged tumblers.

It is not spill proof. Liquid constantly spills from insert of the straw area

Got this as a gift for my husband and like the cup but wish the cap aligned better. The straw does not line up. It's hard to hold and drink from. Would not buy again.

Shipping container was damaged which caused a damaged/bent/unusable straw. I requested a new straw and have yet to hear back or receive a new replacement straw.

Aim very this upset with company!!! I got the Tumbler with a big dent in it and have tried to get them to respond about it and have not heard from them. This was a Christmas gift. I thought Stanley was a good company, but they will not answer my email.

I bought 3 /40oz tumblers as Christmas gifts. One for myself and the others for co workers. I filled mine with hot water, sealed it , and it leaked in my backpack. I checked the seal , and refilled and saw the water was coming through the seals, and not the hole on top.

Disappointed that when my daughter opened it on Christmas morning it was not the color that i ordered

The silicone/soft-touch exterior is peeling away. Noticed a hole appearing in it and it's been growing since then. It doesn't go in the dishwasher and I've taken care of it, but this new outer coating seems to be pretty unreliable.

I purchased this for several reasons. However I just assumed the lid could actually be closed so it would be sealed. It is not. So if the tumbler tips over, you have a mess. This is a basic essential for a water bottle - i should have looked more closely at the few reviews from people who actually knocked over their Stanley tumbler - extremely disappointed at this obvious flaw design.

Was excited to receive my cup until I moved it, heard a sand like noise. I have not taken anything off around it or in it so I opened thinking oh it's just paper or something making the noise. Nope there's literally debris inside the walls of my cup. Super disappointed on spending so much money to receive this quality.

Great size and overall design, but it barely keeps ice for just a few hours! I work remotely and always have my ice water with me. It keeps maybe 4-5 hours.

I ordered the yarrow quencher and the color is NOT what i was expecting!!! it looks like a great mustard color online~it's a weird gold in real life!! I am sad

This cup sucks!! No better than the last model. Don't waste your money!

New lid leaks , and new handle is so uncomfortable! Original model is WAY BETTER.. please go back to original lid and handle!

It sucks that its always soldout i cant even get it on the restock.!! Id like to see the 30oz tumblers with a handle id settle for that instead of having to wait on the 40oz .!

Primary use; traveling store to store to find a tumbler in stock.

I wouldn't recommend to anyone. It is a tipping hazard when it has liquid in it. It is really unstable. Not satisfied with purchase. It is really too small at base to be so tall.

Can't order one, so I have no idea if this product is worth it. Frustrating that there's not enough to buy...doesn't make sense if this is a business and you want customers to enjoy your product.
