I will literally never buy a Stanley cup again. They are top heavy so they tip over so easily and when it does tip over water pours out of it! The colors are beautiful but not worth it! I put ice in the morning and by the end of the afternoon my ice is gone. It doesn't even keep it cold when the ice melts.

I've had my cup for 2 days and it had several soft spots in it. My cup has a dent in it the size of a quarter. Very upset.

I did not like it. I bought this cup because I love drinking water. It did not keep my water cold very long. The cup was way too heavy. The material on the outside of the cup was easy to scratch and I didn't like it.

Leaks. And came super scratched up. Typically when I'm using this it's not when I am just sitting around so the fact that even without the straw and being closed this leaks, it makes it very inconvenient. I think I will stick with my other brands that won't spill everywhere.

So disappointed with Stanley! I have had my 40 oz Quencher for almost 1 year and about 3 weeks ago the handle broke off. I immediately contacted Stanley and if you've heard from them, I have to.

Bought this as a gift to my daughter and I accidentally dropped it onto the wood kitchen floor after owning this for 3 days. The rubber plastic thing that holds the straw broke at its joint to the lid and cannot be glued so now the straw flops around . Now I need to buy a new one for my daughter and she's upset bc all the Quencher 40oz in her color are sold out

My lid on mine snapped off.. very disappointing for such an expensive cup. Also for a cup where this seems to be an issue why are you not selling replacement lids?

Don't understand the hype when it LEAKS if tipped over?

The plastic piece on the lid that holds the straw in place always comes off. It's been like that since it was new.

I bought this cup for my 15-year-old daughter. she absolutely hates it!!! this is by far the worst cup I have ever owned in my whole 50-year lifetime. #yetiisbetter

I absolutely love my original Stanley Quencher so I was so excited to get the new version. Unfortunately I either got a defective cup or they are making them differently because if I put ice in the cup it sweats like CRAZY on the outside! My original cup has never done that no matter how much ice I put in it. I'm so upset because I absolutely love everything else about the cup, but it defeats the purpose if it sweats on the outside whenever I put ice in it. Will be going back to using the original.

The paint is chipping off my cup within a month of using it. I use this cup about every other day and got it for Christmas, there is already a chip in the paint and the cup has never been dropped.

Has never come and I couldn't get in touch with anyone to get an answer/ fail.

Ice melts surprisingly fast and the lid is sooooo difficult to get off. It is always a fight to unscrew the lid even if I haven't tightened really tight. I regret buying it. It honestly hurts my hands to sit there and fight to get the lid off.

Garbage quality. Rocks and moves all over the place when in your cup holder in your car. I recommend a yeti with the straws over this. Don't know what the hype is all about. Even the quality of the cup is trash. My ice melted within a few hours. Returned it hours after it arrived.

I have tried to get a Stanley cup and can't even get 1.

I am so disappointed in this Stanley experience. I have reached out numerous times to try and return this item and no one has ever replied or got back to me.

I received the wrong color and style. I am very disappointed.

Leaks more than I thought it would with the improvements. When taking to the pool or beach and carrying by the handle I am still leaving a trail of spills behind me I will just go back to the flip straw one you have that seems to work best just no handle :

First time purchasing a Stanley, usually a yeti girl. Ice melts within a couple of hours. Very disappointed in my new cup considering the hype behind it. Won't be purchasing again.

I was so excited to receive my Stanley tumbler only for it to arrive horribly dented. They are packaged in tough structured cardboard, so it wasn't a fault of delivery..These cups are too expensive for manufacturers to knowingly send them damaged.

I have a SimpleModern brand 40oz tumbler with a handle that won't leak and will hold ice for 3 days.. this thing won't hold ice for 4 hours and obviously leaks due to the lid design. I got it as a gift and was excited to use it due to the popularity but it was so disappointing. I will stay a loyal SimpleModern customer unless they improve this design.
