My Stanley cup chipped on my second day of owning it. I received my cup on a Wednesday evening, by Friday afternoon that week the cup had already chipped. It had only left my house twice! Once to go to work and once to go workout. For the price tag I am highly disappointed with this cup.

It was ok. I used for a couple weeks then went back to my yeti. It didn't keep my water very cold and it always tasted like plastic. I sold It.

Not impressed with my Stanley- maybe I received a defective one My ice melts within 5 hours and I fill the cup up with ice! I just add regular tap water to the cup, not even close to warm water. I thought I would give it a try and I wish I didn't- Best of luck with your ice!

Doesn't hold ice for longer than 20-30 mins. Very disappointed, I payed quite a bit for it.

My handle broke off after 2 weeks of use and still haven't heard back from claims department

I've requested a refund or replacement and have yet to hear back. After a week of use the lid will not secure to the tumbler. Ridiculous for such a high priced item.

The bottom of my bottle has started to chip and peel away after only having it for a few months. Not great quality, especially for the price

Keeps drinks cold but but unlike Brumate don't try to shake it. If the cup gets knocked over your drink goes everywhere. For the price needs to be leak proof. Will stick with my Brumates.

One drop and the straw holder part broke. Can't find a replacement anywhere would love some help. Ridiculous.

I purchased this under the impression that it would be just as good as my hydro flask but would fit in my cup holder. It doesn't fit great in my cup holder, it fell over an all the water spilled out from the lid under the straw. I have heard from other people that theirs don't leak but also looked it up. You have a 50/50 chance it will or will not leak.

The ice in my cup only lasts an hour or less. I was hoping this would be better if not comparable to my yeti.

Spills from the top when full and you tilt to drink.

I have tried twice now to order this cup and it takes the money off my card but won't go through. Someone needs to fix this!

When filled, the bottle is very heavy. The lid also has very small crevices that get disgusting and grow mold if not taken apart completely and washed. And that includes the rotating piece and the rubber portion on the rotating piece.

The handle broke off the second day I had it. The bottle construction is superior but the handle needs some design improvement.

With someone who has carpal tunnel the Stanley is very heavy and I feel like I have to chug my water faster just to be able to carry my Stanley. It's a great cup if you're sitting at a desk all day.

Lid broke after a week and a half. Color coming off already. I work from home and it goes from my desk to other parts of the house. Not a lot of wear on it for it to come off so easily. And cannot find replacement lid

Love the looks of this water bottle so I had to try it. However, other than its look and how it fits in car cup holders, it is not great at all! Hold ice for less than 8 hours and spills like crazy. Do not get this water bottle, go on TikTok and you'll have 10 other amazing options.
