I am always looking for the perfect cup. Unfortunately, this one isn't it. First, the ice melts, and my water doesn't stay cold. Secondly, it leaks. I bought toppers thinking it was the straw but discovered it was the top. It is not worth the hype.

I thought this cup was going to be amazing after how many I saw around. I'm pretty disappointed after buying one. My yeti holds ice better.

I love the size and the color! I don't love the quality! I hand wash my cup and already after just a short time the color is chipping off and showing metal underneath, not a very nice look. It looks like I've had the cup for years not a couple of months.

While I love that this model fits in cup holders, that's really the only thing that's great about it. It says it is dishwasher safe and after one wash water made it into the double wall so it no longer stays cold and sweats. It also topples over constantly and spills everywhere. I wanted to like it, but just can't.

It does not keep drinks cold. Ice melts within 3-4 hours. I have two of these cups and it's the same case with both of them. The colors are nice but if you want something to keep your drinks cold, this isn't the cup for you.

I found it to be super heavy. It also gets scratched easily and the smallest drop put a dent in the bottom. Also why is it not spill proof?!

I debated over this tumbler cup for a while and finally decided to go for it mainly for the functionally of the universal cup holder size and handle. The cup does not hold ice for 2 days. Left it for 10 hours and no ice left in my cup. Did an experiment with a coworker who had a simply modern cup that is a dupe of this Stanley and hers actually held ice more than mine (same amount of ice, same amount of water from same source, and left at the same location and duration). Apparently this is supposed to be leak preventative but definitely leaks without the straw and even on the covered side. Overall, besides the cute color this cup did not live up to its advertisement. I actually feel scammed.

Really enjoyed the product but the handle broke off in less than 3 months of purchasing the item..

I would give it 5 stars except for my daughter knocked it off the counter and the handle broke. It's frustrating to spend so much on a nice Stanley and not have it hold up well.

Top heavy- Tips over all the time and immediately empties whatever is in it!

Not impressed so far. Ice doesn't stay like my camelbak bottles or yeti cups, and the lid sweats a lot if you're outside. For the cost, it should be better. Best part is the handle. Meh.

I was gifted the matte tumbler. Super disappointed that warranty won't cover the material peeling off. Hold cold water and ice well but leaks when tipped over. Not worth the hype.

Came already with a loose top that won't tighten. I try calling the company it is impossible to even get anyone on the phone and have been trying for the last couple weeks

I really wanted to love it but it leaked every time it was tipped. The last "straw" was when it tipped on its side in the purse I was carrying and soaked everything in the bottom of my bag. I'll be returning to my Yeti.

I love the Stanley but it has already started to wear. I use it everyday! I put it in my cup holder every day

I just dislike how much my Stanley spills. It doesn't keep ice for long at all. Stays cold at least.

The color was very misleading in the pictures to order. My POOL Stanley is no where near that color Aqua.. Very disappointed for the price of the cup.

It says dishwasher safe but the exterior color has chipped away after the first wash :( it's ruined !! Pretty disappointing

Just got it and there are scratches all over it. Send an email in and was told I was approved for a replacement but never heard anything after that.

My cup leaks and the straw came bent. I'm very disappointed. I spent so much money and didn't get the best quality

I received my Stanley Cup and it does not keep my drinks cold for more than 1 hour and ice does not last very long...definitely not two days as advertised.

There's no excuse to not have fixed the leaking by now. My toddler spills everything they can get their hands on (which, of course, mommy's cup is the most attractive thing on earth despite my efforts to keep it out of reach) & these are terrible for that. It's such a hassle to worry about because of how fast the contents empty out. I find myself gravitating back to my yeti with the magnetic lid despite wanting the larger & slimmer option of the Stanley because although it's not perfect, a little dribble makes for a much smaller mess! The cups are great for keeping cold drinks cold & hot drinks hot. They are cute, comfortable to carry, fit decently in the car, and are very durable. It's *nearly* the perfect cup, but the lid is a MAJOR downfall.

Doesn't live up to the hype. The bottom of the handle came unscrewed soon after receiving my Stanley. When I pick it up the handle wobbles which is annoying. It also dents fairly easily.

The main selling point of this cup was that it stays iced for 2 days. The very first day I tried this, my ice melted super fast. Like under 2 hours. Otherwise, it's a pretty color. But not worth the hype or the money at all.
