I really wanted to like this but it doesn't keep my water cold at all. It's very strange cause everyone and their mother swears by these but it just doesn't work for me.

Nice cup keeps the water cold but i leaks a lot. Also the lid is very hard to unscrew would not recommend for someone with arthritis or older in age

Loved this mug for awhile, however, I was just told that the warranty does not cover cosmetic damage. The handle has also been loose for months. So disappointed in customer service.

My Stanley was orderderd and given to me for Christmas and it came with a dent and has had one ever sence.

It's nice but it spills easily. My simple modern holds the straw tight so even if it tips over, water does does come out around the straw.

This cup is ok. Keeps drinks cold, awesome that it fits in cup holder. Cons: Very heavy, expensive, and the lid is REALLY hard to twist off to refill. The cup got knocked over a couple times (too heavy) and the straw bent. I left the cup somewhere and ended up buying a simply modern brand after. Like it much better!

Peeling! Handwash only, only used in office. Not worth the money. Will stick to yeti

The little rubber swivel at the top that cover the hole you drink out of wears out pretty quickly, My cup my leaks everywhere.

Disappointed. The lid is really hard to get on and off. Don't love the handle either. My target tumbler is better, I am sorry I jumped on the trend and spent this much on a tumbler.

I love the color and it keeps my water super cold! However it leaks.. if it is tipped over even just a little it leaks.. it has soaked my work bag a few times now.. I was pretty disappointed in the product.

Love my cup and use it everyday. But the black is peeling off and this is less than 5 months old. I bought the black glow and now everyday more and more of the black just comes off. Very disappointed.

It's a beautiful cup but it doesn't hold ice well at all. I don't even think mine lasted 6 hours last time.

While it does keep my water cold, the cup looks terrible. The powder coat finish is coming off around the bottom of the cup and in another spot on the side of the cup after only 5 months of use.

It's a lot heavier than I thought but the fact that I filled it full of ice cubes today and that was about 3 PM. It's been about six hours and it's all melted and tasting like freezer burn water.

I love the cup, it keeps my drink cold for a very long time. When I received the cup, I took the label off of the cup, it left the glue on it, I tried to peel it off, wouldn't come off, so I took the sponge and it took some of the coloring off of it :(

Paint scratches off easily, doesn't stay cold long and definitely not spill proof.

Cup is great but you can't find any replacement parts for the black color cup which I need parts for and the handle has started to come loose and it wiggle on the side of the cup really need a replacement straw that is the right color for the black cup help?!

My mug color coating was brushed off the very first day I used it. I submitted a claim and was told my mug was not eligible for replacement. Such an expensive product should not be able to brush off the coating so easily. It should not be a marketable choice when selecting colors for this product.

Why does no one talk about the scuff marks? I'm am very careful with my Stanley cause I've wanted one for so long, and I finally broke down and bought it even though it's expensive because it's high quality, right?. But it gets scuff marks from my cup holder (no it is not too big for my cup holder). The whole reason for wanting this cup is so I can take it everywhere, but the paint job couldn't survive the first car ride. Very disappointing, feels like I wasted my money :(

It keeps my water cold when I fill it with ice first but the slightest bump and the cup topples over and the lid is absolutely not leakproof. It makes a terrible mess. This isn't a good cup for those of us that have any sort of dexterity issues or arthritis. I often struggle to get the lid off to refill it, even when not tightening it all the way. For the price charged I think it could use a lot of improvements.

I am the proud owner of a 40oz tumbler my husband purchased for me. We refer to it as my "emotional support cup" since I constantly have it with me. It keeps my water ice cold for hours on end. Today when I picked it up the bottom part of the handle popped off. This is very disheartening as it is only a few months old and they are not cheap. I thought surely I could go online and contact the company however you need a ton of information that I do not have as this was a gift. I can assure you I was not thinking about keeping an order number etc.

With a name like Stanley, I had very high expectations, however I was very disappointed. The design is amazing. Love the handle, the size, the lid design is great with several options for use, and the fact that it fits in the car cup holder is hands down one of the best design features. The insulation factor is TERRIBLE however-this cup does not hold ice for more than about an hour... Unless perhaps you fill the entire 30 oz cup up with ice and then pour in your water... But who wants more ice than beverage???!!! I have tried other brands to be much more satisfactory when it comes to keeping my water cold throughout the day.

Handle came off completely after a few months and now drinks aren't staying cold.
