I finally drank the Kool-aid and bought a Stanley (and a Simple) tumbler. I LOVE that I can throw the tumbler into the dishwasher or handwash as the tumbler is wide enough for handwashing vs. a brush. The reason I gave it a low score is 1) it's not leakproof if the tumbler (with straw in it) gets knocked over. and 2) you have to screw the lid on at the right spot so you can get the straw to be at 6 o'clock (assuming you are right-handed when holding the handle).

Great but material scratches easily. Would be better if didn't already have scratches on it. Overall great for use.

i like my cup but it was easily damaged despite following all usage guidelines and varying for it very gently. if it touches a touches a table, it chips. the top has what looks like water damage or buildup and the straw looks worn. i don't notice it staying cold for long with ice and it is bulky. i do like it though and think it's cute

scratches insanely easily, dropped it once from about 3 feet and it got a huge dent in the bottom edge and now it won't sit flat on any surface. i also have a random chunk missing out of it and it's just showing silver through the pink paint. really disappointed in the hype and the price point for it. i just take it to and from work, and my job isn't activity heavy, so the wear and tear on this being so severe within three months is unacceptable. it also doesn't keep things cold. i didn't mind that part. the appearance being damaged so easily is what irked me.

Got my Stanley from a friend for my birthday! Dropped once and bottom is busted! Never kept anything cold from the beginning. Off brand ones hold temperature better.Stanley isn't what it used to be

The only reason I'm giving this a low review is because of the lack of cold retention. The material and make of these cups are great, nothing against that! The ice I pack just melts within a couple of hours and that's without adding more water to melt it. The durability of the cup itself is GREAT! No scratches, dings, dents or lingering flavors if I put another drink in there, if the cup would stay cool it would be a 5/5. The durability itself made it go from 1/5 to 2/5.

I dropped mine and the handle went flying halfway across the room. FYI I'm only. 5'4" and it landed on a hardwood floor not concrete. Since I can't find my order number and there is no phone number to call I am out of luck. It looked great and kept things very cold but without a handle it is useless to me. So disappointed.

The cup does not keep water cold for 48 hours. It barely holds ice for 12. I reached out and got a replacement thinking there was something wrong with mine but the second is no better. Great customer service, but this cup is not worth the money or the hype!

I bought this Stanley cup about 1 month ago and the handle broke off , I tried gluing it back together, but it didn't work. I'm very disappointed with this cup.

Expensive and you guys aren't lead free. Come on now! And send something to clean the straw out with.

When you set it down, it's unstable and rocks back and forth a bit. Very weird. I expected for ergonomic comfort from the handle but it's still nice.

I do not like how difficult it is to open this quencher after it's been closed for a few hours. To open the lid, is painful and requires so much strength. Hands are always red and bruised after attempting to remove the lid for cleaning or refilling. Additionally within the 1st 2 weeks of use, the handle became loose and was shaky.

I bought the all black one and it spills if tipped over and not from the straw from the lid. Also the handle is loosened. I feel like I should just get a replacement

I use to love Stanley cups but I have not been impressed with how often it falls over and leaks. It is such a hassle to have to constantly worry about it spilling everywhere. Ideally this would be the perfect cup if it did not leak but unfortunately it leaks/spills over so frequently.

I would never spend this much on a tumbler and received this as a gift. I didn't get the hype before I had one and now that I have one, I get the hype even less. Pros: at night there's still ice in my cup from morning, although I only need my drink to stay cold during work. It has a handle. I like the colors. Fits in my cup holder. Cons: yes it has a handle but it's so heavy that even with the handle, it's very awkward to carry when I already have several bags for work. Can't put it in my bag because it'll LEAK. It's prone to falling over and then leaking. The rubber stopper in the lid is hard to turn and pointless anyways. I'm embarrassed to be seen carrying it around because this thing is truly for the "aesthetic" rather than function. Also friends have told me the exterior is prone to chipping, and will peel away. That's gross. For the price it should last forever.

The tumbler is the perfect size and does a good job keeping my drink cold but I was so do disappointed that the first time I took it out the paint on the rose quartz scratched off all round the bottom. I didn't drop it or do anything other than put it in a golf cart cup holder. The cup seemed to fit perfectly and a couple hours into the day I went to take another drink and my partner pointed out the scratches. They are really noticeable even from a distance. I'm not sure if a different kind of coating is used on the other colors but I would not recommend getting the rose quartz.

I really wanted to love this cup. Unfortunately my ice barely lasts a few hrs even though the site says it will hold for up to 2-3 days. It is very heavy and cumbersome. I originally bought it because my Yeti didn't have a handle and thought this would be better. I honestly would rather buy the Yeti 35oz with the handle as it holds hot/cold much longer. Its a pretty cup but it's not worth all the hype.
