You advertise as leak proof but when I turned it over, it was leaking.

Arrived cracked color was not what I expected I have a different Stanley that is amazing this one just was a bad seed super bummed

For the price, this cup should not leak when it spills over or slanted. The handle is one of the best features about the cup but constantly have to make sure it isn't slanted to spill.

I loved the idea, but it spills nonstop if at all tipped and I wish I didn't get it.

Nothing wrong with the cup itself. I guess I honestly got caught up in the "exclusivity"/ "limited edition" that Stanley does, so I purchased it (great marketing Stanley.) However this cup just isn't IT.

I like it, but it leaks from the lid and is very bothersome. I wish I had a different lid.

I like my product but here is my honest opinion 1. It's over priced 2. Doesn't keep my drink that cold 3. For big, bulky and heavy - my cup doesn't fit in my cabinets

I was so excited for my Stanley but just for it to come and leak everywhere. I could even trust it in the pocket of my backpack or even on the ground, I always would have my friends or myself hold it and it always had to be straight up and even then it would leak into the lid. I had such high hopes and it let me down

The Staley cup is the worst cup I have ever owned. If the cup happens to fall over all the liquid inside leaks out. I have had numerous times where I have a full cup of water them the cup falls over and everything leaks out. It's super annoying I can't keep a full cup of water all the time.

I never use this cup, the lid is an absolute nightmare. It is near impossible to get it the direction that I want and no one in the house can get the lid off to clean it. I've used it maybe 5 times since June because it's not worth the hassle. The paint chipped on day one at the office... I work in the medical field and it literally just sits at the nurse's station.

Don't get this finish unless you want your cup to look totally beat up in a matter of weeks. The metallic finish rubs off even faster than the the regular finish. The damage is not covered by the warranty either. You will have to hand wash if you want to make it more than a month before the finish starts leaving big streaks.

I loved my tumbler at first but now all of the color is peeling off at the top seam and bottom of the cup, and has many dents in it. Very disappointing for such an expensive cup.

While cup is pretty it does not survive being dropped. Mine was less than half full and I dropped it. It's got two dents and about 10 scratches where it rolled on my drive way after a 2 foot drop. Even the rubber on handle is scuffed. I would assume Stanley would make these more durable. I have 2 others but definitely won't buy again.

Nice cup. As someone who works out a lot I like a lot of water. It does its job but does not keep ice for more than a few hours. If that.

It's good with holding ice but it scratches so easily it looks horrible.

Keeps the water nice and cold however annoying that you can't close the top when transporting. I find mine leaks a bit. Also, I purchased the cream/silver colour and about two weeks after, the base started lifting/peeling off! I only have it at my desk and in my car cup holder, no where else! Pretty disappointed for the price. Looks like I've had it for years and it's only been a 6 weeks (see images).

it was great until it randomly stopped keeping my ice cold for more than an hour. i only had it for a week and it stopped keeping anything cold. i spent so much money for it to just randomly stop working for no reason.

Not really worth the price. The straw cracked shortly after my daughter began using it. She has no idea how it broke. Wouldn't recommend when you can get similar style cups cheaper.

Incredibly hard to open once closed, but still leaks all over the place if it gets tipped over, which happens often because it's top heavy. Also dropped it in a parking lot once, and the bottom dented bad enough that it barely stands upright on its own anymore. Huge disappointment. Two stars instead of one because if you treat it with the tenderness of a newborn baby it'd probably be perfect.

My was damaged when it came and I want a new one .

Love the concept but not happy with the quality , the rose gold cup came with the bottom missing paint. No big deal, not noticeable. Should have took that as a hint . Paint is chipping off all over and the bottom is coming off from sitting in a soft silicone cup holder. It is constantly spilling water when I walk. :( having issues getting a warranty replacement

This thing is not leakproof. super expensive and even if I take the straw out and seal it with the cap seal it still leaks.

Buyer beware the quality of the lid is less than great. It faded after less than 3 months, now looking gross and degraded. Very unfortunate when paying a premium you expect quality. Would not purchase agin.
