Ive had a competitive brand for years with no issues. All my mugs look brand new. I had my Stanley for only two days and there are scratches and dents just from bringing it in my car to work and washing it in the dishwasher. The exterior quality and durability is just not up to par with the rivals. I will not be purchasing another

This was my first Stanley purchase. I bought it for my Mom to use while recovering from knee replacement surgery. I stop by each day to check in on her. The ice is never there the next day. I did not expect that at all. I have other less popular branded tumblers that hold ice over 24 hours.

leaks a lot. lid did not fit properly upon delivery

I returned it and am still awaiting my refund. The color was darker than I expected. My refund is taking an inordinate amount of time to be credited to my account.

It's a decent purple, but I don't like purple. The color needs to be more saturated.

overall really loved this water bottle! so cute and really helpful with making sure i stay hydrated during the day. unfortunately Ive only had it for a couple of months and the handle completely broke off! There was nothing even in the bottle when it broke. As much as I love the Stanley I wish it wouldn't have broken on me like this! so upsetting.

The lid is very hard to open. so i dont use it if it spills there is to much to clean up

I don't like the bright yellow color and I wouldn't enjoy drinking out of it because the color ain't cute

I love the size but a downside is the spillage. It is always leaking despite attempts to stop it.

First and foremost, I am a huge Stanley fan. I have an old version of the Quencher, and I can put ice in it in the morning and it will keep my water cold ALL DAY. I recently purchased the Quencher H2.0 in the color Iris and have been so disappointed. I'm not sure if I received a defective one, but the water doesn't stay cold more than a few hours. I've tried it a few times now, added more ice than normal, and have the same result each time. It does not keep my water cold like my original Stanley. If I were a first time customer and received this Quencher, I would be so upset at the quality.

For the cost, this cup should be leak proof and it's too heavy. Purchased a cheaper brand that has all the same hot/cold benefits plus it's leak proof.

Our Tumbler broke within 2 weeks The handle broke and was very sad for my son as he was so happy to get it.

I have several Stanley's and love them. I was so excited to get the new pomelo yellow color. However, the very first time I put it in the dishwasher it became discolored and splotchy. I'm so disappointed because this was my favorite one yet! The rest of my Stanley's have been in the dishwasher several times with no issues.

I have several Stanley's and have loved them. However, I was excited to get the pomelo color. All of my other Stanley's have went in the dishwasher with no problems, but this particular color became discolored and faded after the first wash . It still works great but is no longer the pretty yellow I wanted it's all blotchy!

It's a great cup. But the color is COMPLETELY different than what is shown...it's more a Califlower blue and NOT a bright Turquiouse as shown.

My handle broke by falling from my dining table. I tried emailing you guys about it.. I did like it but was very disappointed with the handle breaking so soon???

It seems like my ice melts really fast. Like in 4 hours. Also my handle is really weak and wobbly. I???m afraid it???s going to break

It???s just ok. Leaks from the top with was never an issue with my hydroflask .

Love how long it keeps my drink cold, but within the 1st week, the handle became super loose. I have only hand washed.

This product looks very pretty but it not practical. When putting on the cover I need to make sure how to close so I can hold it on my right hand. Not easy to carry around when carrying other things. It drips when it tilts. The straw it???s very hard I worry when drinking car. I may break my teeth. Over all not happy with it. I am thinking of returning it. It???s not worth the hip.

not happy with the quality, color and cleaning of the thermos will not get another one and content with other containers

My tumbler does not hold ice. The ice is melted/gone within 2 hours.

Yea it keep my the water cold and hot drinks hot but tell me why the handle of my Stanley turned yellow? I cleaned it regularly and then all of a sudden I notice that it has turned yellow. I have not used any food dyes or put anything yellow on the handle it's just yellow! I am not happy with this. I scrubbed and scrubbed with soap but nothing seemed to work :(
