My ice melts after hours like a regular cup. Very disappointed.

I bought this cup with high expectations due to all the videos I seen in tictok. I was mislead. When recieved the mug it leaked very badly out of the top. When I sent a warranty ticket was told they are not leak proof. I read about the cups it says spill proof but liquid will spill out if you tilt it just a little. Even when I go around a corner in the car and it's full it will leak all over the cup holder. When asked for a refund I was told I could not get one due to it being used. All I did was fill it up to test it. Don't be fooled by this companies misleading words. If you buy a cup be prepared for it to leak unless standing straight up at all times

It has a strong metal taste. I have try cleaning it in different ways to try to get rid of taste but nothing works

Don't buy the anything that comes in Matte! My cup is peeling, and bubbling. It's less than a year old. Save your money and buy the other style.

Horrible Quality. The whole bottom is peeling off in chunks. The quality is definitely going downhill amid their mass production of these cups. Yetis are so much more durable, they keep cooler longer, and do not have paint peeling off.

Awful. No where near the quality of yeti or tervis. I guarantee is won't hold ice through a car fire. They won't take it back either. What a waste

It looks nice but the handler fall out and I was not able to used any more.

I was trying to wash my cup and The lid got stuck to the cup. After multiple attempts at trying to get it off, including running under hot water to loosen the seal, I had to go outside to hit against my porch railing. The coating is also scratched easily before this incident.

Never buying a Stanley again! Hope the marketing strategy was worth it.

Says it a a lifetime warranty son bought one for his wife handle broke they told him that's not part of the warranty.

came in dented my uncle bought me it and i was so excited to get it but when i received it i was very disappointed.

I've only had my cup a few months and the color is pealing off around the bottom. For the price I paid my cup should be falling apart. I don't understand what the big hype is about the Stanley brand cups. I have to put ice in mine several times a day. I never have to do that while using my hydro flask or yeti bran cups.

Doesn't hold ice for long it melts within a few hours.

Came out of the box scratched. My wife was very disappointed.

This is very sad my FAVORITE WATERBOTTLE BROKE this is very disappointing I got so sad how do I return this i didn't ever have this water bottle for 2MONTHS

My daughter got a Stanley for Christmas, she used it for the first time today, and the handle was loose at first and then just fell off. This cup was not cheap and the handle just falls off ???

Came dented. Process is laborious To get it handled, want pictures but the submit button disappears within their form once you add a phot so then you must wait for an email back to include photos. Too much back and forth and time.

The was broken when I got it. It's also leaks a lot and I don't think that is because of the break I think it's because of the cheap quality. Not worth the money buy a yeti instead!!

Was very disappointed that a discount coupon was emailed during the transaction without notification for use for this purchase but they would not honor it after the sale.
