I love it but the rose quartz color started to rub off 2 days later

Go with the Yeti! There products are better and overall more beautiful quality of work.

I bought the "Fog" color and in less than a year the paint is chipping off. I would not recommend buying this. I do like the size and that it fits in my car cup holder, but I'm hesitant to buy another in fear the same thing might happen again.

Despite the fact that it claims to be dishwasher safe, after the first wash you could hear water inside the cup. Unfortunately we have not been able to get the water out and are concerned about the safety of using it.

I hate it and I hate myself for making an expensive impulse buy. First of all, the lid screws on and it's difficult to get it to line up so you can use the handle. Next when you drink out of it, it has a very plastic odor. Last, the ice melted way quicker than I expected. I'll probably never use it again.

I received my orchid cup with a huge brown mark on the handle. So I returned it and they won't refund my shipping fees so I'm not very happy. Definitely won't be ordering anything again.

Water got in the inside and leaks after a short amount of time

Cup is damaged :( it says dishwasher safe, but it ruined the cup. Not worth the price

The handle fell off. The company did replace it but the handle on the second one has now fallen off. Each handle fell off less than a month from purchase. It is an expensive water bottle to have such poor quality.

The handle came loose after having for approximately 3 months and by 6 months the handle snapped off of the cup on the top. Contacted the company to inquire about a replacement as the quality is not what I expected for the price.

Wanted to love this cup but the lid is extremely hard to unscrew. So sad that I can't use this tumbler anymore due to this issue :(

It was bent when I got it and they have done nothing about it!!!!

This bottle leaks very easily. Straw is unsanitary when others can touch or breathe on it.

My very first Stanley purchase and Im disappointed. Haven't had my Stanley 30 days and the powder coating is already coming off.

Have been trying to contact the company. The handle came off of the cup. This was a gift for my husband and he only used it a few times. Very disappointing.

The cup arrived damaged. Didn't get to use it. I can't really say if I'd recommend this cup or not. The color is nice. The packaging and shipping were horrible, not much thought was put into the packaging...flimsy box with only a tissue inside.

I have to get this off my chest. I truly hate this thing. It's heavy, ice doesn't last in it very long, and if you knock it over (which you will because it is top heavy and awful) it will immediately dump water everywhere. The only pro is that it fits in a cup holder...not that I want to take it anywhere because I hate it.

I took my tumbler to work today. Put 10 (normal sized) ice cubes in the cup along with filling it with cold water from my fridge. It is now 6 hours later, my ice cubes are completely melted and my water is not as cold. I'm also sitting in an air conditioned building in work so it wasn't even in heat.

Looks great, but its not usable due to the thread on the lid and the cup not aligning accurately.

Very disappointed! The coating chipped and peeled almost immediately. The function of the cup was fine and the color was beautiful but very unfortunate the coating didn't last. This was under very normal use, not washing in dishwasher, etc.

You advertise that this tumbler keeps ice and cold for an amount of hours. This does not, after a couple of hours, it's warm.

Handle broke 2 days after purchase. Terrible quality. Also do not like how the top doesn't sit in a good sipping position unless you leave it a little loose. Disappointing for sure

Great cup - keeps things cold. The finish started to chip after only 4 months of use (following the manufacturer's instructions). After submitting a warranty claim, I was told this is "normal wear and tear." I'd expect more from a high-end cup and a better response from support.
