I really love this mug until this happened, with only 30 days of use.

I begged for this cup for my birthday and it's a huge disappointment. I filled this thing up last night to the rim with full size ice cubes (not ice chips or nugget ice) and added water that was already cold from my fridge, by the time I woke up this morning all the ice was gone and the water is just barely cooler than room temp. The lid is on tight, I used Stanley's provided straw. What gives?! My house is kept at 69 degrees. No better than a literal open glass.

My Stanley broke within a few weeks and the "warranty claim system" keeps saying they don't have any in stock so they can't send me a new one until they get more. I even told them I didn't care what color and they will not honor the claim. It's pretty disappointing.

Bottom of cup is peeling I tried to contact but could not find a phone number and form online did not submit I like the tumbler but concern that it will continue to peel

I am very disappointed because it does not hold ice for very long in Texas heat and it leaks if tipped over. I got it for Fathers day for my husband who works out in the heat and it only holds ice for 5 or 6 hrs . I thought for sure since it was a Stanley product it would have held ice better. Nope, disappointed !!!

This tumbler is a joke! It leaks all the time. I assumed it was for traveling and it simply wouldnt leak ! I contacted company and their answer was "we never said it was leak proof" . But here are others you can buy that are leakproof! Omg I hate this cup . And! It tips over on a dime. Very unhappy.

They do leak if tipped. Very disappointed and could not return the 2 I had not even opened.

The handle is loose after only a few months use. If there was a way to tighten it myself I would.

Getting the lid off is difficult. The suction if you twist it all the way on makes it virtually impossible to open later. My daughter attempted to remove the lid by holding the handle and turning. The handle popped right off. Not very impressed at all with this product. My family has stood by Stanley products all of my life. My dad owned several thermoses and soup thermoses. This cup however just doesn't seem as durable as the previous products!

My Stanley cup has been dented on the bottom and I just bought it not so long ago. It doesn't even stand straight and I emailed Stanley so many times but they stopped responding to send me a new one.

Would be great if they ever shipped it. Been almost a month.

Since I got my cup the lid doesn't go on right, so my ice melts.

It leaks! Not a good mug for a mom who always has her ands full. The simple modern 40oz mug is so much better because it's leak proof!

It's supposedly dishwasher safe. The cup has lost its color and looks terrible.

I really wanted to like this cup. I bought a 30oz cup for my wife and she loves hers, so I got myself a 40oz one hoping it'd be new go to water jug. Unlike other insulated bottles I have, this one produces condensation on the outside and gets cold to the touch on the exterior as well. That temperature loss means that whatever is inside the tumbler also doesn't stay as cold, hence the one star. Maybe I got a defective cup?

First- let me start off by saying I have 5 of these cups. 4 are the ones without the silicone handles, and the most recent is this new version. The new version is terrible. Does not keep my drinks cold at all. When I add ice to my drinks, it literally melts in 3 hours! Thankfully I have the older version, and they are amazing. They keep my drinks cold/icy for 24+ hours, no kidding. Don't know what they did with the new version, but I am not happy with it.

I don't feel like the cup is durable at all. I have 4 cups and two already have chips in the enamel with everyday use. I have other brands of cup that I have used much longer with no issues with enamel chips.

I was excited to join the Stanley family. I had picked out what I thought was the perfect one for me. I had great anticipation of it finally arriving, unfortunately the first thing I noticed as I took it out of the box was the scratch in perfect view and unfortunately that ruined my excitement and I put it back in the box and have no interest of using it. As far as I am concerned it's damaged goods, and that's not what I paid a lot of money for. After spending that much money it is expected to look flawless in my opinion. Call this petty if you would like, but to me it's damaged. I want this made right by either a replacement or my money back. Don't buy this color unless you are ok with scratches.

I have received this Stanley as a present and the handle fell off one day, all I did was pour in water and twist the cap I don't understand. I love the cup because it really does last cold/warm for very long but im extremely disappointed with the handle. At least it could've been screwed in or welded.

The cup itself keeps ice & drink cold for hours. But the only problem is the handle broke off, as expensive as they are, they should last longer.

Great cup, we own multiple in my household, but if you have an issue beware that they can replace with random ugly colors rather than the color that you waited to be in stock and paid for and you have no say in the matter.

It doesn't hold ice any longer. I washed in the dishwasher and it stopped holding ice and drinks turn warm

I have only had mine for about 2 months now and it fell off a desk today and the whole handle completely snapped off. For the price this is terrible quality.
