I have purchased these shirts before and loved them so I was happy to order them again. The quality is still superb but the colors are not as pictured. The shirts I received were darker, more muted than what is seen in the pictures. It would have helpful to know the true colors before I made my purchase.

Nice enough, but not as nice as its predecessor. The corduroy is not as soft, the added inside pockets make the shirt hang open when it is not buttoned.

This is a jacket not a shirt. It is too heavy, too warm and too uncomfortable to be a shirt. The seams and pockets make it too uncomfortable to wear as a shirt.

I've always liked the look of these but just not on me. It just feels stiff and boxy. Maybe after several washes it would loosen up but then it would be too short for me. Even the Tall size was not roomy or long enough. I was hoping it was going to work. I'll just keep admiring them on other people!

I ordered the rust color corduroy shirt. It is cozy yet after one wash, (hang dry) it looks extremely weathered. I know this is a relaxed fit but feel the garment did not stand up to the LL Bean normal standards. I did not return the shirt but am a bit disappointed in the quality.

I found this shirt to be very large, boxy, thick, & unflattering on me. Returned.

It's very nice quality. I took the size test. It told me I was a size M. When I tried it on, it was so huge it looked like a maternity top. I will buy the size S now and hope it fits better

I was excited to finally get this shirt. The material is nice and the pink color very pleasing but the bottom seam is not sewn correctly and puckers up. am very tired of returning things

I have 3 of the old corduroy shirts and they are soft and light. This one is stiff. I have
washed it twice and it is getting better I guess. My main concern is the silly side pockets. They almost look unattached. I read the comment in which the lady made some invisible stitches to attach the front part of the pockets. I'm afraid of ruining the appearance 0f the jacket, but I might try that. I still like the jacket overall, but it could be
improved.

Love the corduroy mauve long sleeve shirt. One of the best products I have purchased.

Nice shirt but not what I was expecting. Previous purchase was a heavier corduroy shirt with flannel lining and this new one is a lighter weight with no liner.

I've had several LL Bean corduroy shirts over the years which I've loved. Unfortunately, they changed the style of the shirt which now feels and looks more like a corduroy jacket. The color and workmanship are good but the style is not what I'd hoped for.

This was the third cordory shirt that I have purchased and it appeared to have been washed, dried.... rumbled and returned to Bean. It was white. I was distressed at the state of this item and returned it.

It is not oversized as stated. It's also not as soft as the one I purchased have had for over 10 years! It just doesn't have the same quality.

Overall I like this shirt, I like the color and the fit. I wish the corduroy was a finer wale, and I don't understand the oversized pocket on the inside at the bottom.

Bought these shirts and the side pockets are very unflattering. Loved the old style! They were warm and were wonderful for everyday wear during the winter!

The fabric and color (sea grass) are lovely, but I had to return this shirt because the pockets are too bulky. It seems like they tried to overload this shirt with unnecessary pockets, and the interior pockets look floppy and hang out when the shirt is worn open, even if they're empty. I ordered an XS petite and an XS regular, and while the petite size was especially boxy, both sizes have an unflattering bulk around the stomach. I think this shirt would be perfect without pockets. I wish I had paid more attention to reviews that said this or noticed that even on the model the pockets add padding to the stomach.

Well made shirt; however, looked and felt like a small blanket. Having said that, it ran large. I returned shirt.

Pockets on the side seams make for a bulky fit and not a good look. I'm returning the shirt.

I got this in blue before the sale and loved it. This one in aqua is a pretty color, but came very wrinkled and looked like it had been washed and repackaged. It doesn't look as nice the other. Perhaps the difference in sizing is to
Nlame. One was medium, yhhe second is small, the cords just don't look right.

I so wanted to love this shirt. I still have the corduroy big shirt I bought years ago. And gifted them to others.
The original shirt doubled as a jacket over other shirts. It was a warm but not too hot layer.
The only downside with the big shirt was that the sleeves shrunk up too much even if they were not put in the dryer.
I had high hopes for this relaxed shirt with pockets.
I ordered XL Tall. I figured I could exchange it for L Tall if XL was too roomy.
I measured both shirts. Of course the new one has not been washed and most likely will shrink up a bit in body and arm length.
XL Tall is 1 1/2"longer than L Regular of my old shirt.
Shoulder width is the same. Body width is the same.
XL Tall sleeves are 2" longer.
Arm circumference at shoulder is the same but quickly narrows on the XL by 1/2" less near shoulder to 2" less at wrist.
Wrist cuff buttoned is 8" on XL and 9" on L.
The narrower sleeves are a big problem if you want to wear this over a long sleeve shirt.
I am leery up going up a size to 2X regular.
And what's up with these narrower sleeves?
My arms are normal size.
I've always felt LL Beans sleeves run a little shorter than their competitors and not enough items come in tall.
Been a loyal customer for 40 years

Size is true to size, but tall could be a little taller
