Boxy corduroy winter shirt. I have purchased a lot from L.L. Bean. A made well corduroy shirt I purchased for my 95 mom. She said she liked it, but it fits boxy, This shirt needs to be worn in the winter months. It is heavy corduroy.

My favorite shirt and now I have 3. My original 1 from15 years ago is still in excellent condition. These more recent ones fit exactly the same and are cut the same with 1 exception. They've added pockets along the front lower edge which while they are handy are also a little bulky. Those pockets are very useful, but the bottom part of the shirt does not lie as flat as it does with my original one. I'm hoping after a few washes It will lie flatter.

I've worn it and am very pleased. I even ordered it in a different color. The sleeves are a little long for me so I turned the cuff up one fold. I haven't washed it yet so I don't know about color retention or how well the fabric holds, but it is LL Bean and I believe in their quality. I would have given 5-stars but I would like it to be a little more wrinkle proof.

This corduroy relaxed shirt is very comfortable. It is the perfect fit and is almost the same as the original corduroy shirts that I have been buying and wearing for years in different colors. The only things that need to be improved sre either the buttons, which are too big for their holes, or the button holes, which are too small for the buttons. Otherwise, this shirt is awesome. Please have the shirt made in pure white.

I love the corduroy shirt but the color was not the same as what was in the picture when I ordered. More blue than light green.

A month ago I purchased two in new colors and they were as shown...lovely! I'm not crazy about the hemline which adds unnecessary BULK-along with the side seam pockets that provide the pocket all the way to the front button placket...mainly because the pocket consists of a lightweight fabric on one side and corduroy on the other. Even in standard jeans the pockets are made in lightweight fabrics.

It is basicly fine, but I do not like it as much as the earlier versions I own. The corduroy does not have the same body and the design involves an interior extended pocket which I do not like. Fit and color are fine

Love the feel and fit of this shirt. Only wish the pocket's were constructed differently. Lots of loose fabric on the inside of shirt.

The shirt is good, all cotton, can be worn over a sweater. I am between an M and an L, I got an L and I'm happy with the fit. I find myself not reaching for it as much as I thought, maybe it's the color or the little roughness of the cotton. I'm hoping I will change my mind in the Fall, when the weather will turn colder.

I got this in my usual M, but it was big all over, even with a light 1/4 zip fleece underneath. I was hoping it would shrink a bit, so I foolishly washed and dried it. I should have exchanged it. Sadly will donate.

I was a big fan of the old style of corduroy shirts for years. I still have 5 or 6 that are in perfect condition. Unfortunately, I lost weight due to a cold a few years ago, it was not Covid. My appetite reduced and I went down 10 pounds and now need a small. This shirt fits me perfectly and is nice looking. I just wish it was a little longer

I would definitely purchase again! This short is comfy, has big pockets, and is great with any outfit!

I'm 5'1 and typically wear a PXS or PS. I already had this shirt in PXS (it hits just below the hip and fits well), but wanted a slightly oversized version, so I ordered the regular (not petite) S. It ended up being a bit too baggy, so I swapped it for the regular XS, which is the perfect amount of roomy! Very pleased!

Obviously, great quality. I returned it because the corduroy is much thicker and heavier than expected. I felt it looked more like a jacket than a shirt. If it had been a bit thinner, I would have kept it.

nice shirt , fit and sizing are good , the only thing i dont like so much are the side seam pockets. the first corduroy shirt i ordered couple years ago had pockets on front which were better.

Beautiful tobacco color. Took 1 star off due to arm holes very tight. Sent back for larger size. Sleeves slightly too short.

I have a medium in pink for the spring and over t-shirts. I also have a large for over turtlenecks in the fall. Washes well and love the side pockets. I've been asked many times where I got this shirt.

Comfy, goes well with jeans and has a nice fit. It is a bit "boxy" but goes well under a down vest. Does not fit under a sweater, though. Warm and holds up well with washing.

I love the color (steel grey) and the fabric is thick but fairly soft. I wear this as a light jacket, too.

I have purchased several of these corduroy shirts over the years; I love them. The newer design, however, has pockets that the previous ones did not. Personally, I dislike the pockets. When the shirt is worn open, one can see the pockets hanging there and the shirt doesn't lay right. Please go back to the pocketless shirts!!

I got the Warm Coral, which I sewed new coral buttons on, and wear over peachy tees including LLB tees in Creamy Apricot; and the Saddle color, which is what I really wanted when I got my camel one a decade or so ago. Now I'd really like some tees in Saddle as well (yes, matchy-matchy). The old shirts had one chest pocket, and instead of adding another, I wish LLB had just left them off altogether, especially since adding the side pockets, which I do like. These shirts are still generously sized, though not quite as much as the old ones were.

I have two of these jackets. The corduroy seems good quality, sturdy and soft, and it keeps me warm. I'm very busty and could almost button up the 1X, almost. Didn't want to size up to the 2x because that's just too big everywhere else. That's a typical situation for me. The colors have good saturation and hold up after washing. It washes well - gentle cycle, on cold and I line dry. The pocket opening, however, is placed directly into the side seam and that's really awkward.
