Well made, but more a jacket than a shirt. You can't tuck it in or wear it underneath anything, as it's quite bulky and generously sized. Warm and cozy. Washes well.

I really like the look of this jacket. It has a nice cut and the length is perfect. Just note though that it's not going to keep you warm. I had it hanging on my counter chair and the sun was shining on it and you could see right through the material. Seems like corduroy should be thicker than this.

I was hoping to love this shirt, but the dark cinder color was not flattering and the style changes meant the shirt looked frumpy on me, especially with the weird, pretty useless side pockets. So I returned it.

Lovely Color of green and feels wonderful. However, this shirt is "over-sized" and runs large. Example: I have 43" bust and the size Large when I measure is 46" circumference. I ordered Large, but should have ordered Medium. I will keep it however and use as a Barn Jacket. I washed the shirt and dried it in the clothes dryer on high and the chest shrunk maybe 1/2 inch, so washing and drying is not a problem. I feel if you want to order a size that fits, order down one from your normal size.

love the quality of fabric, color, and pockets. I recommend the shirt. I bought a large to layer over sweaters in cool/cold weather. I probably could have ordered my usual medium as it is more on roomy side then I thought it would be, but it will work OK. It launders well. I recommend the shirt.

I love this shirt. I have some older corduroy shirts from LLB but the arms were too short so I had to roll them up, especially after washing in warm water. BUT this new shirt in tall is wonderful. It's full sized for layering, comfortable, long enough to keep sleeves down or rolled up. Did I say, "I LOVE THIS SHIRT! THANK YOU! I DESERVE THIS! THANKS FOR GIVING IT TO ME!" These corduroy shirts are terrific for middle range weather - they are unlined, and I use them in air conditioned spaces, in stores, etc. I have quite a few colors - but this is the first time LL Bean has offered a chocolate brown, and I grabbed it immediately. They fir comfortably and are not super-fitted, which is the point.

I absolutely love these. I can't tell you how many different colors I have. I just wish you made it in the multicolor that is offered for kids. Both multi color schemes are great. Maybe someday?

I purchased the Women's Comfort Corduroy Relaxed Shirt, though I'd call it more of an overshirt or light jacket than a traditional shirt. What I love: The cotton corduroy feels wonderfully soft and cozy to wear. It washes well and stays comfortable over time no shrinkage. I'm 5'3", 170 lbs, curvy build, usually a size 12 or Large in LLBean tops. I bought the XL so I could wear it layered over other shirts, and it still fits well after washing. I could have gone with a Large for a slightly more fitted overshirt. What could be improved: The side-seam pockets are placed too far back, making it awkward to rest your hands inside. The pockets are made from a thin light-blue cotton shirt material rather than matching corduroy. On colors other than blue, this contrast doesn't look high-quality. The fit is generous across the chest but narrower through the hips, so if you have a curvy or fuller bottom half, it may not button comfortably at the bottom. The straight hem design isn't as figure flattering as the curved hem design because of where it sits at the hips. Overall, it's a comfortable, soft, and versatile layering piece, but the pocket design and hip fit could be better thought-out. If LLBean made changes to the design of this shirt I would buy more corduroy pieces to wear.

Nice fabric and color but just seems a bit short. Warm layer for spring and fall. Shorter in length than what is pictured in the photo.

The position of the pockets is a bit uncomfortable. The pockets are too far back, in the side seam. Other than that, is beautiful.

This shirt has been a favorite for years, and I own several, my only issue with the newest version is the pockets in the lower front; the fabric does not lay flat while wearing.

I love this shirt jacket. It's so cozy, warm and comfortable and fits nice. I'm 5'8" and 138lbs. I ordered a medium and it fits loose enough to wear opened as a jacket or buttoned as shirt. I wouldn't mind ordering another color.

It is so soft and comfy that I don't want to take it off. But I live in Florida and spring is coming I wish for more saturated colors.

I have an "old" corduroy shirt like this one, and since I'm "always cold" I decided to buy another one in larkspur blue (LOVE the color)!. Same soft, wonderful fabric, and fit. Was surprised to find 2 "extra" pockets on the sides, which kind of "pooch out" along the hem (will probably just remove them).

The shirt looks great, but even after washing it is stiffer than I expected.

Color is great and corduroy is a nice weight. I always get a tall size and LLBean is usually pretty consistent with tall proportions. The sleeves are long enough but I do wish the body was a bit longer. I don't need a tunic, just a bit longer. Would make a nicer sillouette.
