My husband loves these slippers. He only wants LLBean too. He loves the comfort and the great quality. He has had 3-4 pairs in our 42 years of marriage.

Slick bottom make them a hazard to my aging husband's health. The ones with crepe or rubber soles are much safer.

Seem to be as good as same purchased 2times in past, which is not true of many items .

This is at least 4 prs. of the leather slippers I've gotten for my husband's Christmas present in years past. He absolutely loves them & wears them winter & summer. He always lets me know when the shearling begins to mash down saying "about time for Santa to bring a new pair"!

They are worth every penny. They are a bit snug for the first couple of days until they conform to your foot,also quite slippery bottoms. You just have to scuff them on some concrete or stone a bit then they are fine. Very very comfortable right from the start.

You will enjoy the soft comfort and quality of these slippers. My husband loves them.

Very comfortable but the laces frequently come untied. Other than that, they are great!

My husband had these slippers for 2 years before the leather bottom developed a hole. He's picky and didn't want another choice. Would have rated them a 5 star except they seem overpriced.

On my 2nd pair. I LOVE them! Only drawback is they will NOT stay tied. Finally tied laces in a square knot and trimmed off all but a couple inches. Solved. They slip on and off like butter!

A bit tight around the feet. I would order them again.

The right slipper seemed a little tighter across the toe area. I gave them to someone else, who loves them! And I reorder a different slipper in the next size up. Waiting for them, they were on backorder

It might be nice to have a more sturdy sole so they could be worn outside.

Started off very tight on the width, but after several weeks of wear they have loosened up to become very comfortable, even for wider feet.

Great slippers! Very well made and super soft and comfy! Decorative laces provide no function except let you practice tying laces... If you love tying laces like I do, then these are the slippers for you!

Well worth the cost. The right one is somewhat larger than the left one but still wearable.

The current pair of LL Bean slippers I had for sometime just developed a hole in the sole (I'm a poet and I know it), thanks to being at home too much during the pandemic. The slippers were the second or third of the same style I had from L.L. Bean that I had worn out. I could not find the exact slipper on the website , so I called L.L. Bean and as usually got a very helpful person on the other end. I gave her my slipper info and she explained that those slippers had been discontinued. But she and I looked through the website and found a pair that looked similar. They were about $40 more than I had planned to spend, but I ordered them anyway. I ordered a medium and maybe should have gotten a "wide." When they arrived I was only wearing them about 4-hours a day due to some soreness. That went away in about a week and I'm wearing them everyday now for the whole day. I'm working mostly from home still due to the pandemic and these are my usual daily footwear when at home. I have found the L.L. Bean staff taking orders could not be nicer and more helpful. I only wish L.L. Bean waist sizes went to a 48 as I expanded and no longer have a 100% L.L. Bean wardrobe. My only complaint is that L.L. Bean reviews don't allow you to paragraph making the review very hard to read.

My husband is very fond of his LL Bean slippers. They are comfy and sturdy as well as being attractive. He likes that he can wear them outside around the house and they hold up well. I would say he averages about two years of wear on a daily basis. Our only complaint is they are a little pricey but they are good quality and in the end that's more important.

This was about 1/2 size too small for me. When i wear it with socks it is tight but workable. Thick winter socks won't work at all though. The inner lining could use some cushioning like memory foam in my opinion. The leather is very good quality. It's thick and true to the color of the photos. Unlike other slippers I've had from other manus, it does not appear to be wearing in the least after 1 month! I would recommend this to anyone but half a size larger than you normally wear.

The shoe is very comfortable But should not be worn outside .. the bottom is very slick ... have slipped and fallen couple times

These slippers are nice, don't get me wrong. What I am not happy with is how they want to roll outward on my foot, they don't wear flat. The slipper wears more on the small toe/ ball outside of my feet, I've kept them in shoe trees to try to train them to wear on the center of the sole, but no luck. Consequently, I have already worn out the first layer of the double layer on the outside of my right slipper and into the red thread that is sewn in under it. Not sure if it's a manufacturing issue or just prone this way, my other slippers don't have this happening to them. I would recommend them, I have enjoyed them, just wish I could get them to wear correctly so as to extend ownership.

Nice quality slippers , It would be a lot nicer if they came in wider size ! I love the slippers I've had thies slippers last me at least four years and I'm going on over 10 years of having these !

Quality made slippers, just to narrow. Had to return them. No problem when ordering the suede sheepskin slippers

Wonderful craftsmanship. Excellent material. Comfortable and warm.

Although the slippers were of excellent quality, they were extremely slippery when trying to walk in them. There was no grip on the leather soles and they could not be worn safely on any floor surface.
