Shoe only comes in whole sizes. Needed a 8 And half narrow . Had been trying to wear 9's for a few years and discovered could buy an8 1/2 N by another manufacturer. Would be helful for Hoka sizes to be more inclusive.

Own 4 pairs (3 different styles) of Hoka's with Clifton's by far the best. Best cushion and support combination by far! Recently received Clifton 9's and did not disappoint!

The glue holding the tread on has an incredibly low melting point, and as a result the tread has peeled away from the sole in a way that makes them unwearable and unrepairable.

These were my first ever pair of Hokas. Immediately they were extremely comfortable and very little breaking in was required. I do a lot of walking so I may never buy anything other than Hokas moving forward

I've never had a pair of sneakers that fit and felt so good! I've had problems with both knees, my hip and my foot for years, and the minute I put these sneakers on and walked around the store, I couldn't believe I had no pain. They've got the arch support and cushioning that I desperately needed in a pair of shoes. I now own three pairs. I can now go out and walk for hours, pain free! Thank you HOKA!

Nice looking white sneaker-though I did get dirty on the first day! They seem longer than my many other HOKA sneakers but comfy- Got the wide to accommodate an inflamed bunion and it worked.

I usually don't take time to write reviews even if I like a product. But this shoe is so remarkable I'm going to take the time to tell you about it. It is the most comfortable and well-made shoe I've ever had on my 56 year old feet. Well worth the cost and lives up to the hype! Now if they only made dress shoes!

I purchased a pair of Clifton 7 a few years ago and I was very happy with them. The new Clifton 9's I purchased are not as comfortable. I wear low socks and the tongue on the new Clifton 9 are very scratchy. Unfortunately, I will be returning my shoes. The 8's are too small and the 8.5 are too big. My original purchase of the Clifton 7 was a size 8.

This is my 4th pair of Clifton's. They are a fantastic all-purpose shoe!

I am the crazy collecting Hoka lady as I have several different models. I Can't get enough of these running shoes. The Clifton 9's are amazing. I own both the 8's and 9's but love the added cushioning in the newer version. Love all the new colors too.

I use the Clifton 9s for easy runs and long easy runs. I had the Clifton 8s before and felt they were too heavy. There is definitely a weight difference between the 9 and 8. So far I really like the new 9s! The sizing is accurate! I wear an 8.5 in running shoe and these are the same. They have a good amount of room when wearing thicker socks. I would and have recommended these shoes!

After suffering from plantar fasciitis for months my podiatrist recommended HOKA's. I bought the Clifton 9 and they have made such a difference! I love all the support, cushion and stability! I'm ready to buy another pair. Definitely worth the money for me.

Super comfortable but need more color in wide

They hurt my calves when walking a problem I don't have in the Clifton 8's. Returning both pairs I bought.

To be completely honest, I haven't bought hokas because the designs are not my style. I finally caved when my feet keep falling out of my shoes due to my supination and I just was never comfortable running. I have high arches and these work for me so well. Since clifton 9s are new I just went ahead and got it due to the neutral and plush side of it. The reviews almost made me change my mind but I'm glad I bought it. Everyone's feet are different so I decided to just try and return if I don't like it. These are definitely a game changer for me. Absolutely comfortable and enough room for my wide feet (the wide ones obviously). If you have high arches, I definitely recommend these!

Oh wow I love these shoes so much. I have the clifton 8s and I was wanting to invest in another pair, but then the clifton 9s came out right when I was going to buy! So I invested in the 9s. I use these mainly for walking. I have worn my 9s for long work days where I am on my feet for a good majority of the day with ZERO PAIN! Usually my feet, knees, and back hurt at the end of walking or standing, but these are like walking on a cloud. They are so lightweight and plush. The differences between the 8s and 9s, in my opinion, are that the 9s run a tad narrower and are longer than the 8s. I have pretty narrow feet in general, but I feel that even with a regular width foot, you may need a wide in the 9s. I do not find that the 9s run big enough to size down, I am a 7 in both. I can see how the back tab on the 9s may be irritating, but I wear socks over my ankles so I haven't noticed. I feel like the mesh stretches and all irrigation goes away after awhile (this was a problem on the 8s for me as well). Overall, I am so happy I have these. I tried on the bondis and the arahis and found them both too narrow. So the clifton 9s are perfect for me. I would definitely recommend and don't let the reviews scare you. Try them on in person if possible! If you like the 8s, you will really love these.

I would be embarrassed to tell you how many pair of Clifton 6s, 7s, 8s I have in my closet. So, suffice to say, I am a big fan of the Clifton. I love this shoe. I trust this shoe. I love and trust this shoe for all the reasons we longtime, diehard, loyal fans of the Cliftons already know and hold dear that have been listed in previous comments. I fitness walk in CompleteCliftonComfort many miles every day. When I wear out the soles of the 2 pair I rotate between, I get another pair from my closet and I'm good to go. Truth be told, I did not need the Clifton 9s. I bought them because I wanted them and apparently, I have poor impulse control. In my defense, the Bellwether Blue/Ceramic just looked so snazzy, I couldn't resist. I was really excited for the 9s to arrive, and when they finally made it to my front porch, I dropped what I was doing (nothing, really), dashed to the door, brought the box inside, opened it up, and to my delight, the Bellwether Blue/Ceramic color was just as appealing as it'd looked online. I took off the Cliftons I was wearing and put on the 9s, took a few steps, and wait. What?! I walked the hardwood floor from one end of my house to the other. What was this uncomfortable stranger on my foot?! Was this a prank? A joke?! Had Hoka pulled a switcheroo on me? And what in the world was that odd duckpout heel? this unwelcome interloper could not possibly be the latest incarnation in the long line of shoe perfection, thE Clifton?! Alas, it was. Sparing all the details, Hoka changed all that made the Clifton the Clifton. I cannot tell you why. I don't know. Nor am I going to list all my grievances with this very different, unClifton Clifton. If you've been a longtime Clifton loyalist, you already know why. This is a very different model. . Maybe you'll be a fan. I wasn't. Sadly, I repacked them in the box from whence they came and sent them back. Sometimes, new isn't better. Sometimes, if it ain't broke, please (please) don't fix it.

Hello. I have been wearing clifton since the "6" version and on and have loved them all the way through until now. The 9's are just a different shoe....longer and harder and just a poor fit. So disappointed!!! What have you done and why!!??!!
