Fit was tighter than my Bondi 7s. For me, the material was not the same quality as my Bondi 7s. Not a bad shoe, it was more the fit that was bothersome for me. Going forward I will stick with Hoka Bondi line. Better fit for me.
I'd also recommend:
New Balance and Hoka Bondi line

Bought a new pair to replace the defective ones in hopes that it was just a fluke that the pair prior were constructed poorly. Awaiting a response on the returned pair still.

Only worn them one, hoping they will stretch. I ordered 10 EE, probably need a 10.5 EE. Snug fit, super comfortable to walk in (I have neuropathy, so that is quite rare!), but my feet swell and they became quite uncomfortable after that. I hope to be able to raise my rating if they break in.

This is supposed to be wide width but it’s a little narrow and tight. Had to return it and bought OnCloud.
I'd also recommend:

These were not as orthotic as represented and I am not too sure how much longer I will wear these shoes. Nice looking shoes and pricey for this type of shoe.

The cushion level felt way too spongy for me and unstable. Aggravated my plantar faciatis after one run. Materials and build quality felt nice though. Wish all shoes models had more sizes in wides with the neutral colors

Usually I would buy a 7 medium width in other brands. But this shoe 7 medium felt bit narrower. Could not be worn with a regular sock and during winter if i wear a winter sock that made even more difficult to wear this shoe.

Comfy and good support except too narrow if you have wide feet.

I had some planter issues and these shoes were the only pair that I could run in. I tried the Biondi version but they hurt my feet. I loved the shoe and the comfort but the light orange color attracted dirt and after two weeks they looked like I had them for a year. Seems like this is a common problem for the Hoka material in light colors.

The shoe is very clunky--not the best for running. It seems to be a lifestyle shoe.

I have been getting the Clifton series for years. Multiples of the 7, 8, and now 9s. I have noticed that the more recent Clifton 9 on 9m5 wide have gotten more right and narrow compared to my other 2 Clifton 9 9.5 wides. Yes I run a lot and shoes are considered tires basically for me. So I definitely can detect when there are changes in the show between models and even within the same model. Dunno what is up with the manufacturing differences even between Clifton 9 beginning of the release vs now but it has annoyed me enough to return it for a half size larger. I hope this doesn't start to become a normal thing with Cliftons or else I'm going to start looking elsewhere.

I had to return these. I wear a size 10 consistently so I ordered a size 10. When they arrived my big toe was almost hard up against the front of the shoe. I did an exchange for a 10.5 and I am waiting for them to arrive today.

yes everything about them was comfortable but the wear on them means that I can only use for a season of 6 months , look at the wear on these from only walking around 25 mins a day for 7 days a week from March 25 to September 17. The only downside to Hokas, you have to change for a new pair every 6 or so months, this is the 3 pair that I have worn and the quick wear is the same on all 3.

Sneakers felt very tight almost like a brand new pair of boots that you need to break in I never had to break in sneakers. I ordered extra wide they don't feel wide at all. I'll wear them for a while and see if they break in if they don't I'll throw them in the garbage and buy something else.

These were returned for being to narrow and too short. My husband normally wears a 10.5 M in most shoes and sneakers but found his big toe cramped in this 10.5, and the instep was tight as well. We found the same fit in another model, so our suggestion is to try a Wide in your normal size or size up 1/2.

Not impressed. I’ve always heard Hokas are extremely comfy. IMHO, they are not plus I had to return my first order as my regular size was 1/2 size too short and not wide enough. The 2nd pair fit good but I don’t find them near as comfortable as my Sketchers arch fits and they were a lot less $.
