I was in shock, is this a (knock off) I received? Very disappointed! The straps on 2 of my bags purchased through this website wore out and the bags were like new. My first bag lasted for years and I used it at least five days a week because I worked. I have 4-5 toggle wallets they look fine. This has been over 18 year span and now you omit the name on your product???

I have traveled to Morocco, all over Europe, North America with the purse, backpack and stow flight bag.. I received hundreds of complements. You DISCONTUNUED...Bought same bag in 2 other patterns. Very disappointed..and NOT a single complement but multiple comments. I travelled to Morocco, all around Europe,all over North America also with same pack pack and air stow bag. Tons of complements.. No complements from new pattern. Was all before Pandemic, supply issues, so those are not good excuses. Marketing people need to listen and bring back pattern

I returned it, it was too small

it was a little big than what I thought the size would be...a little disappointed

I have a blue crossbody that I bought several years ago and I like the dimensions of that one so I thought the new one was the same. It is off by a few inches around, and I really don't like the new one because it just feels too big. I should have bought the blue one again. It just feels so much better and I would pay the extra money.

You changed the style of the other go purse. You eliminated the side pouch ad replaced the inside pockets with mesh. Why change something that works. Was my favorite.

I loved the style, the pockets and compartments, the fabric durability, the color. HOWEVER, one strap piece containing the eyelet, which was sewn into the bag, pulled completely out shortly after receiving the bag as a gift. The bag was a dark navy, not black. Was disappointed in the quality and now the color is no longer available.

I just wanted something smaller

Too small. Have trouble getting phone in end pockets as it usually takes two hands.

When I initially got this I thought it was a knock off of a Vera Bradley and I'm still not convinced it isn't ! It is not made like my other On the Go Crossbody bags and I've had three of them. I've never had one without Vera Bradley ribbons on it plus the zippers have always been one of the colors in the bag not silver metal! You tell me, is this a knock off??????

I returned this purse because of color wish u would list prominent colors.

I feel a crossbody shouldn't be that big it was for school and was to big as a crossbody

Returned 2 purses. Both were bigger than I wanted. I find your style name, crossbody comes in a number of sizes. This is misleading. Why don't you include a return label in the order. Now I have to wait again for the label so I can get credit to my credit card.

I am disappointed because on the website it looked like the background was black and when it came, it is purple. I am most likely at fault because I didn't catch that it wasn't black, but still disappointed.

IT IS MADE WELL, BUT IT IS TOO LARGE FOR WHAT I WAS WANTING....I TRIED TO DO A RETURN, BUT WHEN I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS ONLINE, UNDER ORDER STATUS, IT SAID MY ORDER COULD NOT BE FOUND WHEN I PUT IN THE ORDER NUMBER AS INSTRUCTED. I WILL TRY TO TAKE IT BACK TO A STORE. I WILL NOT LIKELY ORDER FROM YOUR SITE AGAIN.

I am saddened to see the declining quality of materials and manufacturing. I would rather pay more for the quality of items of even 2-3 years ago.

Wish the top zipper would open a bit more, as did on some of my older V.B purses. Wish I knew the name of some of your older ones, then you would know what I am talking about. Wish the cost wasn't so high for these purses and accessories.

It is smaller than I thought it would be and I wish it had more pockets, but overall it has great quality material & zippers.

I like the crossover bag but wish I had seen the midnight garden pattern as it is more to my liking. I do love the crossover bag and all of its' separate pockets.

This has always been my go-to Vera bag..... But it's larger than iconic style, side slip pockets are too big... The new changes were not good choices. When the iconic is an original/iconic style, it should stay that way. If folks want new styles, create new styles rather than change the iconic ones!

It's too big and the strap tends to get tangled as I don't like to wear it cross body - strap to long for that! Have tried to order the smaller Hobo or Iconic bag that you used to have. Much more comfortable with more room believe it or not. Now am stuck with two of these bags that I actually don't care for!

I am disappointed in the workman ship in my purse. To me it is not Vera Bradley quality. It is made cheap, I have been a Vera Bradley customer for over 20 years and now the way it is made is not for me. I am 75 years old and I really don't have to buy anymore just my opinion but the quality just not Vera Bradley.

The first day I used it, the outer leather zipper pull came right off and I had to see it back on.

did not like the inside fabric, it was noisy & crinkly, not the usual quality for Vera Bradley
