Does not seem as the same quality as my previous purchases.

The design is slightly different than other crossbody bags that I have and I don't like the changes. It seems a little smaller overall and the pockets are on the ends of the bag rather than the side...difficult to get to.

I like this bag very much but am very disappointed that the side pocket is not large enough for a standard water bottle. That is the main reason I bought it. I still really like it, but have to put my water bottle inside it which get other stuff wet.

I love the light weight of it but am disappointed that the back didn't have a zippered part.

You added ICONIC to the name. You added $8.00 to the price. You took away one inside pocket. That is not as good a value as before for me!

A little too small for me. The outside pockets were too small for pretty much anything. Had to return it

I have a closet full of the On The Go crossbody. Love them! However they have taken the cardboard out of the new one and I hate it. It does not stand up by itself. Just squashes down. Also when I received it the box was squashed like a accordian and had all kinds of tape around it as it had split open. Cheap flimsy box.

I like everything about it, other than the size. Just a bit too small for my needs. Maybe I'll give it to my niece.

Very, very disappointed that there is no cardboard (or something) on the bottom of the purse like most of your other totes etc. It doesn't stand up very good. I may be sending it back because of that.

Bought online. Beautiful. Disappointed that the side pockets are useless. Too small to put anything in it. Originally thought could put a water bottle. Can't put anything small bc can't get my fingers in the pockets to actually get an item out :(

I owned an On the Go years ago, but found it too small for everything I needed to take to work, so I ended up giving it away. I decided to try it again, since I'm retired, and still found it lacking. The slip pockets on the sides won't fit today's phones (unless you still have a flip phone), so they're useless. I put my phone in the zippered compartment, but then had to unzip everytime I got a message or phone call. The slip pockets inside the purse are a bit small, too, making putting things into them tight, when you're in a hurry to put your wallet away and pick up groceries, for example. On a positive note, the purse is pretty and I think can be used for different occasions, just not every day when you need to carry a lot of stuff with you.

I love the hands free crossbody style. The bag is pretty, but the side slip pockets are too small for a phone, or sunglasses. I'm not sure I'll keep the bag, even through I love the desert floral pattern, those small pockets might be a deal breaker.

It was unfortunate to find out that my previous Vera Bradley style was no longer available. It was the right size and had enough outside pockets.

I returned both bags. Did not like quality of them. I own several bags from Vera Bradley and love them.

I love Vera Bags but this one is much larger than it appears. Too bulky and not the color and pattern that I thought it would be.

Was a little disappointing, the purse was great but you all made it smaller than the once I have. My iPhone 6+ has a hard time fitting in the front zipper That is one of the reason I buy this style.

I returned this because it was too small. I could not get my phone in the outer end pockets. Also, I'm dissatisfied with the changed VB has made in not using coordinating lining. The products look cheap.

I already own a Classic Black On the Go Crossbody Handbag which I love and have been wearing for a year now. So I decided to buy another one for future use. This new one I received a few days ago is not at all the quality of my first one and the strap is not as wide as my other one and the Black fabric is a much lesser quality then my first one. And they sent it out in a thin plastic bag that my Postman shoved in my mailbox and literally folded it over. Not Good!! Why didn't Vera Bradley send this in a nice box?? I have been so disappointed with Vera Bradley lately. I have repeatedly asked for the Mandy in Classic Black and no one at VB listens. They have lost sight of the Baby Boomers that put them on the map and that pains me. Anyway, I will return this On the Go Crossbody because of the lack of quality in it. So sorry to have to do this because I just love your Classic Black line of Handbags.

I have been a Vera fan for many years. I was very disappointed when I received this bag and it did not have fabric lining. I have always loved Vera bags; but if this new, non fabric lining is the new norm, I will no longer make purchases. So sad and not the same quality.

love the color. made very well. what i don't like about it is its not as soft as the other bag with the material. and i really dislike the strap. its like hard like cardboard. for a over the body bag. when its around your shoulders and close to your neck. its hard. not as please with this bag as i am with the other bags i have purchased.

The revised styling and fabric of all Vera Bradley bags is noticeably a downgrade from before. I don't buy nearly as many as I used to. Many reviewers have noticed and commented, but the company obviously feels that the cheaper quality is worth it for their bottom line. A real disappointment. Even the website is not nearly as user friendly as before.

I have several of the On The Go Crossbody bags and have loved them until I tried the microfiber. I love the material, but Vera Bradley made the opening SMALLER on the Microfiber On the Go. It is much more difficult to get items in and out of the purse. The 2 end pockets (which I have always loved for carrying my sunglasses and small bottle of Hand gel or lotion) is so small that I can barely get the sunglasses trim case in the pocket. Wish VB would make the openings wider and even make the bag an inch or so larger on the whole.

Although the bag is well designed, the quality of the zipper was cheap. Mine was even getting stuck in the middle. Had to return .

I purchased a Navy On The Go and thought it would be the best addition to my large collection of Vera. However, the strap is very uncomfortable because it is so stiff, and I have not used it as much as I anticipated because of that. I would highly recommend a different design for the strap.

The colors were beautiful & vibrant, but the quality is poor. Strings hanging out all over & they are sewn that way, not just lose hair. The quality was much better packaging was so much more special when the plant was open/ operating in Fort Wayne, IN.
