I have this bag in black and love it. Returned the patterned bag. I would love to have it in solid navy, solid tan etc. Please consider.

I really like the size and shape of the purse however I should have listened to the other reviews that told about the strap being so stiff. It was very bulky and uncomfortable. I returned it. This is one reason I hate to order online because I have to pay to ship it back and that is money wasted. There are no stores that sell Vera Bradly in my area. I have had purses from her before and really liked them but they had nice soft shoulder straps

First of all, let me begin by saying I usually LOVE Vera Bradley. However, this On the Go style is not for me. While the quality was very good, the style needs improving. The outer side pockets are extremely narrow and my iPHONE 6 barely squeezes in there and sticks out about an inch, making it easy prey for theft. I was also hoping to put a small water bottle in there, but that's impossible. I am returning this bag once I get a return FedEX label which was not included in this shipment and go for one of the larger bag styles I've purchases in the past with the larger side pockets.

I like the On the Go bag and I love Midnight Blues, but it's only perfect if you don't carry much. I want a bag that zips on the top that I can carry a med makeup bag with my check book, lipstick, small hand lotion and sanitizer in, my all in one zip around wristlet and a very small flat pocket sized camera in. The Three 0 bag was perfect. The On the Go is fine but a tight squeeze.

I agree with all those who say they prefer the older style with the larger, deeper pockets. My glasses and phone fall out . Also, I can't find this style in any of the new fall colors. What have you done with it?

As many other reviews have noted, the side pockets are fairly useless. Phone won't fit, keys and sunglasses fall out. Really wanted to love this bag, but I just find it annoying.

I wanted to like this purse, but the organization pockets on the side are not big enough for cell phone, keys or water bottle. Inside pockets are quilted which is nice, but they too are small. Big enough for sunglasses. I think there are better options for a cross body. If you want a small crossbody the mini hipster is really great, and if you want a large crossbody the hipster and mailbag are great.

the ON THE GO bag is my go to bag- about the only style I buy BUT that being said: please bring back the older style or at least the majority of the features. The outside zip pocket used to be on the front and the opposite of the interior pockets- now they are on the same side which in turn restricts putting things in and out easily of the interior pockets if you have even just a few things in the outside pocket. I have the worst time trying to insert my IPhone into any of the interior pockets I've given up. the outer end pockets won't hold it either if it's in any type of case. The handle also seems to be more flimsy- I keep both sides about even to carry on my shoulder and they constantly are getting tangled. I'm not sure why the features were revamped but the outside zip and interior pockets NEED to go back as they were.

I just bought my first On the Go bag in flutterby. The bag is beautiful and well-organized. I love the three slip pockets. Inside them I have hand sanitizer and rescue inhaler, clip zip id, reading glasses. Inside zip pocket has small calculator which sags tiniest bit and feminine stuff. Back zip holds cash, change and receipts. Main pocket has tissues and medium of cosmetic trio for tide pen, lipstick, contact drops, powder,etc. This frees up lots of room for water bottle and small book or my Nook Tablet in leather case or my jr padfolio that holds my lists, coupons,etc. Over all this bag is lovely. It worked great for a convention/ fair I recently attended because I could carry my usual stuff and leave out the nook. I carried small water bottle which left plenty of space for small purchases. However, the way strap is designed, this bag folds in on itself causing my shoulders to hurt. I don't have this problem with Saddle Up because the straps are hooked by rings on either side of the bag and you adjust the buckle on the strap for desired length. That is my only complaint about On the Go. I will not be using this bag daily, but is was great for the convention. For redesign I would change the attachment of straps to make this a five-star bag.

Please bring back the original On-the-Go! Only plus to this updated version is the inside zipper pocket. Negative changes: the silver hardware; the narrower strap; the edge accents (vs. the wider and more attractive single contrasting center stripe); the looser, shorter side pockets (original version was perfectly sized for my iPhone... now too loose and too short.) If you've never owned an original On-the-Go, you will like this bag, but as an owner of several originals, the updated design is very disappointing. Wish they had just added an inside zipper pocket to the very popular original version, or left it 'as is'.

Cloth bag. Ok print. Big enough for essentials and then some.

The bag is too long and too deep. I prefer the old style better. Also wish they had 3 pockets on the inside instead of 2 pockets. I definitely miss the smaller version of the On The Go Bag. Please bring it back

I was trying to replace a previous On the Go and am unhappy that this one is smaller than the one I was trying to replace and will therefore not be as of use to me as the older one.

I decided to give it a try even after all the reviews but I had to return it. Everything about the new strap is horrible. I always loved my bag bc of how cozy the strap was and they replaced it.

I didn't like color of bag. I have sent back for a refund.

I have been an on the go handbag purchaser it's my go to bag ( won't anymore ) this is very cheaply made and I'm switching handbags soon I have probably 15 of these won't be buying again .. I also have a turn lock wallet in every pattern this is by far the cheapest one I have ever bought , poor quality I can't get my credit cards in the slot it not wide enough .. sorry for the bad review just not wasting my money on poor quality when I know that you could do better ..

I was very disappointed with the interior of the purse. The lining was flimsy and the pockets are no longer piped to make the,stand up and keep things from falling out. When I ordered, I expected the same quality as in the black one I own, it it was very inferior, so both bags were returned.

I have purchased quite a few of the Vera Bradley On The Go bags. The stitching on the previous ones was excellent. Everything about this one was sloppy. No cardboard bottom, no stitching around the inside and out side pockets. It felt very flimsy and there were threads sticking out of the inside seams. I actually called your 800 number thinking it might have been a knock off because I ordered it from Facebook. I returned it and I don't think I will be purchasing any more of your bags unless the quality improves.

I had sent a message (soemwhere) - this is the second VB product I have purchased in the past few months. On each one, the little fabric piece for the zipper pull has come off and I lost them. Needs to be a better way to keep these from unraveling and falling off

just did not like the size or pattern but this is just ny personal opinion.

I really thought I had found the perfect purse and when I get it , it is much too large but its made really well and I will keep it maybe give it as a gift.

I was disappointed to find there were no pockets on the inside of the bag!

I have dozens of Vera bags in th "on the go crossbody". I always order the small bag. This time when it came it was the large bag and I could not convince anyone at Vera Bradley that it was the large bag. It's too big and bulky. I was told that according to the tag inside it was the small bag and that the style had been altered. I am very disappointed.

disappointed in product-will be returning it. pProduct is lacking hard bottoma deal breaker for me.Inside color is blue while outside color is black. Looks like you ran out of fabric.
