The handbag did not meet my expectations. The interior is not spacious, and the bag is not wide enough for storage of items. Unable to store extra items, such as your wallet, makeup bag, mail envelopes. Interior is tight and not deep. Not worth the money to spend on this bag.

The bag was too big for me. I wanted something a little smaller.

Don't like pattern. Want to return.

I received the wrong purse!! Something with roosters on it!! Love the design and feel to it-just hate my new barnyard friends!!!

I should have known better than to try to purchase a Triple Zip Hipster in Enchantment without picking out pattern placement. It was a mess of headless horses. I ended up returning it at my Factory Outlet store since we no longer have a Vera Bradley Signature store here.

This person you need two hands to close. You need to hold onto the end of the zipper with one hand and zip it closed with the other.

Like the pattern but disappointed with depth, my past crossbody bags were 2.00 deep, this is 1 inch. Very narrow.

This pattern doesn't look the way in person that I expected so I am returning it.

Poor quality very disappointed in this bag.

Threads unraveling upon arrival

I have bought 2 triple zip crossbody bags previously and love them both. I immediately love this pattern as soon as I saw it. It was a 'must have'. I was disappointed when I saw the bag. The older bags have what I call a gusset down each side that allowed me to carry more items. This one has a straight seam down each side. The ribbon zipper pull did not have Vera Bradley on them. The little rectangular leather-like tag that reads Vera Bradley isn't sewed on the front of the bag like I see on my older ones. I felt like it was almost a knock-off of a true Vera Bradley. Pattern is beautiful; quality was sub-par aesthetically. Also, the turnlock wallet that I currently am carrying was a tight fit in this bag. That surprised me I feel like when I'm paying this much money for a Vera Bradley, I want it to have the special VB touches that are seen my older bags. The return/refund process went as smooth as silk. I couldn't be any more pleased with customer service.

I really like the tote bag! the hipster is too small for me. I wish you still had your store at Woodland Mall in Tulsa, OK so I could go in and look at what was available.

Love this bag, but not the pattern. Very disappointed. Buying online is tricky.

I purchased this bag in Gray Perennials for my 83 year old mom within the last six months. She just started using it but has a difficult time getting the zipper at the top of the bag to zip. It appears to me that the zipper is not attached to the side of the bag which requires you to pinch it at the end while you zipper it with the other hand. Not what I would expect from Vera Bradley and certainly not for the price of the bag. Disappointed!

I am very disappointed with this bag, it is not light weight the way other Vera Bradley bags.

I don't like it. It will not hold all of my items. I love the Vera Bradley crossbody purses and I have been carrying one for years. However, I don't like this one. I just wanted something new.
