I don't like it.

Sorry, but I returned this. It just didn't meet my needs.

I'm sorry to write a negative review. However, I have owned this bag for years. And, I recently purchased another new Triple Zip Hipster Crossbody Bag. The quality of this current bag is not what it used to be. The zipper isn't as sturdy. The grips on the zipper to open the zipper are now made of cloth. The little Vera Bradley logo in the front isn't even stitched all the way around, its going to get caught on something and pulled off the bag. I'm sorry to say, I was really disappointed in my purchase this time.

I've been purchasing Vera Bradley for over 20 years, for myself, for gifts, etc. I consider myself to be a loyal customer. But this bag is so poorly made, if I hadn't bought it directly from Vera Bradley, I would assume it was a cheap knock off. The fabric, zipper pulls, stitching, even the zipper is of poor quality. Everything about feels wrong. I just can not believe that this is a Vera Bradley bag.

I ordered a triple zip hipster purse in the Tartan Plaid pattern. When it arrived it had been sewn with the plaid crooked and the purse looked bad. Also the zippers were wavy instead of laying flat. I've ordered a lot of Vera Brsdley products and never had a problem before. I'm very surprised that this purse passed inspection. I returned it for a full refund, minus the shipping.

The solid color purses do not feel like the cotton fabric. I do not like them at all. This was purchased for a gift and returned by me. I was very disappointed. If your going to buy a purse do yourself a favor and buy the printed purses because they are much better quality. They are made of cotton and are quilted. These purses are beautiful.

Everything and I mean everything sticks to this bag! I had to start carrying a lint brush with me when I use this bag! I used it for a week and it's been in my closet ever since. Such a disappointment I will never shop here again!

Love the colors and the plaid but not the fabric. Feels like plastic. Definitely not what I expected from a Vera Bradley purse.

Smaller than given dimensions

Came in the wrong color and didn't look like the picture. Was bigger than I thought. Will be returning.

Good size but the dark color Navy is a magnet for lint you can't brush off. The return process is a complicated mess too. Beware.

Was very disappointed that what I ordered I did not get. It was to be birthday gift for a friend. I returned it and received a full refund.

I have many VB bags and the triple-zip is one of my faves. I received my black microfiber one today and was very disappointed in the quality and the fact that it is defective. Lots of the stitching completely "missed" attaching to the bag itself to make the quilted pattern and is just string hanging off the bag. I did email VB and I hope they will make it right.

I was so excited to receive this bag. It does not meet my expectations of a Vera Bradley bag. The material attracts lint and stains. After washing according to the instructions, this bad still looks bad. The zipper on top gets stuck & has extra/ loose material around it. This is the 3rd bag I've had issues with recently.

Very disappointed. Zipper does not work.

Did not care for this material on the crossbody. Owned two before this and loved them. Had to return this one.

I have lot of this style of Vera Bradley, love each one but when I received this one has really turned me off, quality isn't there as in my others, too much lining so that it catches in zippers, doesn't have the gusset which gives this style more space to bottom, inside pockets are too high up, if I wasn't a seamstress myself I would have sent it back but I can nip and tuck the lining away from zippers but I shouldn't have to, won't go to the trouble moving the two inside pockets down, don't know if I'll ever buy again or not, a shame my most favorite purse had to change to a cheaper look and feel, Ginny

I already submitted a review. I am so disappointed in the triple zip hipster bags I just bought. I've been using this style for years and you have changed the size. The new ones are smaller so I won't purchase them again.

I own multiples of this design. This one is off the mark. It is not quilted and substantial like the others. It is thin and flimsy. I'm returning it. Not what I'd expect for the price.

This was absolutely the worse product I ever purchased of Vera Bradley!

I'm very unhappy with the bags. I've been buying this style forever but they are making the bag smaller. I won't order them again.

Returned didn't like the pattern.
