While I bought this on sale, I own two others of the same style. This is a cheaper, less quality version. I am surprised at Vera Bradley! The main compartment-gusset-is much narrower and does not allow for carrying much as my other two bags do. The zipper stop clip was placed and inch and a half before the end of the zipper so the opening to the bag is smaller. The compartments are better in the other bags, not this one. Finally, the metal zipper on the side expose more of the black zipper, not just the metal part of the zipper. Looks like a design flaw as the others are not that way. Very disappointed this this one.

The seams at the top of this bag started unraveling within two weeks of receiving it. The outside pocket developed a hole very quickly and can't be used because items get lost in the hole and are hard to retrieve. Not what I expected from a Vera Bradley bag

Not happy with this one, it's smaller and strap is shorter , I have bought many of these triple bags and wish I knew this was smaller

I believe that I will be making a trip to Riverhead Outlet to exchange it.

So sad to see the HUGE decline in quality materials and workmanship. The cotton is no longer soft and is rough and cheap feeling. Metal zippers are sharp and unattractive as well. Plastic, nylon lining is printed but cheap feeling. Had the bag only a month and it is starting to come apart in two places. I have bags 10+ years old that look great and are still going strong. I will no longer purchase items from Vera.

I loved the old Triple Zip Hipster, it was wider and had a lot more room. This new one is narrower and boxy and the zippers are not attractive. Still love the color, just not the bag.

What is Vera doing to their bags? The cheap nylon lining that crackle and make noise and now a decline in fabric quality as well. Very disappointed. I am returning this so called Iconic bag.

I ordered this bag in the Playful Penguins pattern from the local store, who shipped it to me so I didn't see it up front. The pattern is adorable, but the quality of the purse compared to the same one purchased 6+ months ago is terrible. I have many Vera Bradley purses, and this feels like a cheap knockoff. If this is what Iconic means, I guess I will just keep and use the old Vera purses in my collection. Very disappointed!!
