I was very disappointed in this purchase. The outside zippers were very rough, and did not lay flat. I retuned it immediately. This was to be my third Triple Zip Hipster purchase, now my last. I am a long time Vera Bradley fan, but this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Very disappointed. I have been buying triple zips for years. This latest purchase is much smaller. I can hardly fit my Vera wallet in it without a struggle.

The zippers on the front do not work at all. The zippers get stuck and don't shut without a lot of effort. This is ridiculous! Horrible quality! Why have zipper pockets that get stuck? I returned it.

I've purchased several VB crossbody bags previously and loved them. However, I'm not thrilled with the changes in my recently purchased Hipster crossbody. The metal zipper, smaller base, hard/solid strap, leather(?)zipper pulls... all changes that make it feel like a knock off of a Vera Bradley product.

The Zipper is poor quality . I hardly can close it . I need to return it .

The interior is disappointing as it is cheap nylon that makes a scratchy noise. Bags cost a lot & the quality is cheap & poor. Bring back the fabric interior, or decrease the cost of the bags if you are going to be using nylon. It's not right charging high prices for a cheaply made item

I own several Vera Bradley bags (hipster, Hadley backpack, Lisa B). I used them and still in good condition (even if there's wear and tear). I asked my brother to buy the triple zip hipster for me when he comes back to the Philippines. He already arrived with the bag. I'm disappointed ?? because the back slip pocket lining (side part) it's broken. It's really true the quality has declined. To be honest, I don't know if I'll ask my brother to return & exchange or just return it when he goes back to Houston because of the hassle.

It was almost impossible to get the ordering system to work, resulting in my typing the initials over and over. They ended up wrong and now I have to use a seam ripper to try and get them off. The bag itself is one of my favorite designs.

I have a triple zip hipster in a different pattern and I LOVE IT? I received this one and could not wait to transfer purses and was excited about the pattern. After transferring the few items I like to keep in my everyday purse, wallet, credit card holder, eyeglass case, lip gloss and feminine products, I could hardly zip the purse. It was bulging and made it difficult to carry and use with ease. I am very disappointed that the size of the triple zip has changed. Since I threw out all the packaging, and cannot return it, I gave the purse to my mom, hoping she will like it better than I did.

I have several pieces o Vera Bradley products. Love all of them. Only thing that bothered me was the site was a bit concerning to navigate.

I don't like this purse at all for one thing it's flat there is no bottom to it. Not at all what I expected and I bought two of them. I'm sure I won't ever use them

I returned. I don't like it at all. The zippers were awful they didn't go all the way from one side to close they look cheap. I was disappointed. The quality was poor.

If you are like me and have many triple zip crossbody bags, these new bags are not the same. They made the depth smaller. The zippers are metal.. The zippered compartments are not the same. The cute ribbon pulls are now cheap fake leather. If it works for you, good but I need that half inch depth back

The metal zippers do not slide easily and the metal is rough on hands. The new strap style is hard and stiff. Very uncomfortable on the neck. I will not carry this purse anymore. Your designers missed the boat on these 2 changes. No new hipsters for me. I'll just carry my old ones.

DO NOT DO NOT buy used for maybe two weeks before ALL and I mean ALL the foiling starting cracking and peeling off!!! The whole purse is a mess on all the seems and starting on front and back all the white cotton is exposed. Very very upset because I love the bag and paid full price. I called customer service and was not happy with the service I was given. The operator didn't care about my issue and now I either have to take the bag back to the store and mind you it is an hour away or package the bag up and go to ups and then wait for it to go through quality control. Worst part I dont have my receipt and now will get screwed out of half of the money I paid for the bag. This is not my fault that the bag is defective but I am the one paying the price literally!!! I believe that now the I am not the only one with this problem with then bag Vera Bradley should make it right and not put it all on us!!! Before this issue I was a huge Vera user and supporter but after this I will no longer purchase ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Its very hard to find one like your by just looking on the internet and iPhone. I even measured some but no luck. and when I find something I like it doesn't come in my fabric. I like the one I got but it is like summer and a little too tall

Two of the zippers kept getting stuck, so had to RETURN this purse and wallet to match!

I have been very happy with my prior purchases of the Triple Zip Hipster. This iconic version is a great disappointment. It is smaller than the original version - less width, depth and height.. The exterior zip pockets are reversed. The main compartment zip area edges are not reinforced with edge stitching. The metal zippers dig into the skin on my hands when putting items in and out. In general the current design is atrocious. I wanted the winterberry bag since it came out last year and kept putting it off because of the mixed reviews. When it came up in the outlet store with an additional discount, I finally gave in. I should have stuck with my original instinct.

I loved this bag. It's absolutely adorable and the perfect size. Unfortunately, after about a month, the foil started to wear off. It looks terrible and cheap. I'm not rough on my bags at all. I have plenty of other bags from Vera Bradley that have held up well for years so I expected that this one would be no different. I can't even use it anymore because it looks so bad. So disappointed.

I purchased this in the Holiday Owls pattern. I am not happy with the metal zippers used because I think they look cheap. Also, after loading it with my wallet, etc. it has a strange shape to the top. I have several triple zip hipsters and none of them react this way when filled with my essentials. If I hadn't already thrown away the tags I would be returning this purse. It just isn't what I expect from a Vera Bradley item.

Its adorable style but way too big in size so unattractive.

FIRST IT WAS SMALLER THAN I EXPECTED. ALWAYS CHECK THE DIMENSIONS NO MATTER HOW IT LOOKS ON THE MODEL IN THE PICTURE. THIS PURSE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO REINFORCEMENTS AS THEY HAVE IN THE PAST. NOTHING ON THE BOTTOM EVEN. SO THE PURSE JUST COLLAPSES UPON ITSELF.

While I bought this on sale, I own two others of the same style. This is a cheaper, less quality version. I am surprised at Vera Bradley! The main compartment-gusset-is much narrower and does not allow for carrying much as my other two bags do. The zipper stop clip was placed and inch and a half before the end of the zipper so the opening to the bag is smaller. The compartments are better in the other bags, not this one. Finally, the metal zipper on the side expose more of the black zipper, not just the metal part of the zipper. Looks like a design flaw as the others are not that way. Very disappointed this this one.
