This one is on the small size

The straps squeak by the leather and the strap is too wide. For a crossbody purse, the strap should be softer or more narrow. It is a seatbelt rubbing on your neck if you carry anything heavy in the purse. Color is beautiful.

I thought the bag was green. You should include a clear color description. This is not the first time it has happened.

Love the style of the Triple Zip, but not these particular fabrics. They looked better online than in person, thus it was returned. Also, I prefer the flat bottom of previous editions of Triple Zip, versus the knife-edge bottom which doesn't allow the bag to stand.

Ordered it think I would get a raspberry color and got a purple, or pinky purple nothing like it should in the picture or the description. So I sent it back very disappointed in it.

Not what I was thinking it would be...my fault...I ordered a bag I thought would be lighter weight than my leather purse. This is bulky, too big, heavy, and not handy to wear on my shoulder...I am using it but not for long. I do not like the canvas strap, the shiny material that is not soft cloth, the gaudy zippers, or the clumsy size. If I could have sent it back, I would have. My husband threw paperwork away before I could get bag wrapped up to return. Quality is good of course, it is Vera Bradley. I won't order off line again, and am disappointed that very few purses in store and are getting hard to find.

It is difficult to use. I am very upset for the first time since I have used your product.

I found the bag too deep but too thin to put many things in. Had to return. Tx

Not like previous version. Both outside zipper pockets are different, reversed. Main zipper on top is too long (2) too long. If you tuck it in you can't zip it closed. If you leave it out you can't zip it either. The main opening is smaller, very hard to get your hand on to grab your wallet. Hoping you go back to the old style, it is so much better than this one.

The print was just as I expected but the purse itself doesn't hold its shape and the handle twists around and looks sad. I fixed the twisting problem with a safety pin but that is not fixing it so it looks good. Sorry, Vera, I probably won't be buying anything from you again unless I can be sure I'm getting the quality I'm paying for.

I have purchased many of your purses, spring and fall patterns. I fell in love with the triple hipster style. Two years ago, this product had the durable metal zippers and the leather pulls. Last fall, changed to CHEAP zippers and grosgrain ribbon pulls. The pulls became loose and fell off. Had to secure. That should have been done in the factory production step. This season - CHEAP plastic zippers and cheaper ribbon pulls. It ALSO SHRUNK IN SIZE. Very disappointing for the quality of your products that I have enjoyed for so MANY, MANY years. :( PLEASE bring back the OLD STYLE and QUALITY.

I have been using your products for many years. I shop online, in your regular shops and in the outlets. I would have returned this if not for the pandemic. It is very poorly made. The zipper is poorly installed and often difficult to close, it does open easily. I also had to trim around one of the seams. But I do love the concept of the bag and how you have updated it from my older ones.

The purse is well made but it's just too square. I don't care for it. Plenty of zipper compartments. The strap is very wide as well. Looks more like something for camping

Purse came in and one of the inner pockets was ripped, and mended together with tape.

Every Vera Bradley bag I have has triple pockets inside but this one doesn't. Since I have three set s of keys this is an important feature. I was very disappointed.

Color is beautiful However, fabric is baggy inside not fitting well . Also the back slip picket too narrow to fit phone That's bad ! The little hipster has been perfect for years , why mess with it

I use this item as a purse. I have just carried it for two days and the top zipper is already broken. I like the print. I wish that the purse were just a little bit bigger.

I liked the purse but it was sewn crooked and was very noticeable. It was on sale plus I used my birthday coupon so it was a great deal. I returned it, but they do not let you get another one in return so I lost the savings.

I won't. I will return it as soon as my VB outlet store reopens. The style is good, but the size is too small. It needs to be wider at the bottom. The description says 2 inches, but it may be 1 inch. If it was bigger, I would keep it and order more. The size of the original mailbag is perfect.

I was so excited to get this purse. It was a great deal as well. However, I think it was so cheap because the product is cheap. None of the zippers work properly, and I am extremely disappointed. The purse is rather small in my opinion. I also don't like the straps for this- not really a crossbody. I have had other cross body's from Vera Bradley that were higher quality and better straps. I will say I love the design and colors. I also enjoy the pocket made specifically for the phone. Overall, I am very disappointed though.

Love the size, but the first product I have bought from you that the zipper isn't easy to use. I have to hold end flat to get it to zip.

Too small for an everyday bag . By having all three compartments go all the way to the bottom it makes the bag too bulky. I liked it better when the middle compartment only went halfway down.

It's beautiful, love the pattern. It's well made and has a great strap. I also has numerous pockets but the base of the purse is too narrow and if my wallet is in the center, main part.. nothing much else fits around or beside it in the other compartments. It's so narrow that it doesn't stand up. I'm planning to return it.
