The purse arrived with the interior pockets not sewn properly and if you put anything in there it falls into the abyss. Aside from that I do love the pattern and the size!

Wanted to love this bag. Purchased to take me through the fall since I have a similar summer one. Subtle changes are the reason for the 2 stars. Does not stand up since the bottom is very narrow. The top zipper seams do not lay flat which can be very annoying. Wish it hadn't changed.

I love the hipster crossbody bag but this material is horrible! It catches all hair and lent balls! Very disappointed!

The strap is not the same quality as previous purses

Need to make this on a lager scale. I like larger size bags and totes.

The bag is nice but I thought I was getting a smaller crossbows bag and it full size.

I have purchase many Vera Bradley bags still have a couple of my old bags, and compared to the older bags new one is made very cheap.

Bag itself is great but the material is awful. Not worth the money for every piece of lint to get stuck to it

This is just think cotton fabric not quiltednot the quality I'm used to in Vera Bradley products. Might be asking for a refund.

I like the style of my bag, but I don't like that it picks up a lot of lint from my clothing.

Have purchased Vera Bradley since 1980's. This is my third triple zip crossbody - and is not my favorite. While I love the pattern, and contrast pattern inside this one is poorly stitched, came with a 2" hole in the outside pocket and the main compartment inside has too much material (probably 2" larger) making it difficult to find items without stopping and having to dig around.

Bag was too heavy and metal rings squeaked due to rubber against fabric strap

Compartments are way too narrow to fit items in them. Lots of compartments, but not roomy enough! My previous Vera Bradley pocketbag/bag, which I totally Loved, and had for well-over 5 years, was no longer being made. I finally had to "retire" that bag, and I had searched and searched to replace it! I replaced it with this Hipster Crossbody bag, but it couldn't really do the job! It's a pretty bag and the monogrammed detail is very nice, though.

Very poorly designed Crossbody strap. I was very disappointed to receive this Crossbody. It would have been very simple to attach by separate links to each side of the back instead the strap stretches over the top of the bag and a very cheap looking way

The Color and pattern design is very pretty. I was VERY disappointed because purse design is not the triple zip hipster crossbody of the past. The bottom of the purse does not have the two inch flat bottom. The two sides are just sewn together without the usual flat bottom. Maybe this shortcut was taken to save money??? I returned the purse because l need the flat bottom I'm accustomed to. I have five other bags in this style and they are all made with the flat bottom.

Soo I was super excited for lavender sky color since I also own dover mauve, well the stitching doesn't look good alot of stitches are already frayed, the straps squeak constantly when walking enough that I threw the bag into my shopping cart because I couldn't take the sound, I've bought lots of vera thru the years but not impressed at all, I've carried this bag once and switched back to my old bag, really disappointed...

I needed a new Vera crossbody so thought I was refreshing my old, very used, but favorite bag. I purchased this online, not realizing that this bag is MUCH SMALLER than the previous large crossbody bags. It holds my wallet and sunglasses and that's about it. Not very spacious, but I do like the shell design. Super bummed that I'm going to have to find something more practical for my needs as a mom of young kids who needs to have a lot of "stuff" available (snacks, crayons, etc).

I want the original fabrics and patterns. I'm sorry I bought this.

Bag was everything I expected. Even has extra pockets that I didnt realize would be inside. The only issue I had was the smell. There was a strong perfume smell before even opening the package. Once opened, I hung the bag outside for several days and washed it at least twice. This was a definate game changer and I will think twice before purchasing again online.

I had to return this. The fabric was quite shiny, but also thin. You could see the contents of the purse from the outside of the bag. It just was not the look I was going for.

I wish it had the gusset in the bottom to make it larger inside. It doesn't contain as much without being packed tightly.

I normally find Vera Handbags in great , but the one I just received isn't that way, the lining in the bag is very sloppy and not like all the other ones I've had, so it is disappointing to to receive one that way.

I've always bought this style purse from Vera and have been happy with my purchases. This particular purse is poor quality. The material is cheap feeling. You have to search for the Vera name. I wish I had passed on this one.
