What you would expect from a good company.

I am writing this, his wife. The legs were long and I had to hem them. Also my husbands thighs are not large enough, so I took them in from the waist down to the hem. They now fit him in the thigh area better.

My return of this product was the result of ordering what turned out to be the wrong size. Liked all the features but had to return it. My error.

My only criticism is that they were ever so slightly smaller than the indicated 44-inches, with one pair being maybe 1.5-inches too small, but that's just incentive to shed a few more pounds. Otherwise, the number of pairs I purchased fit well, look great, and have been serving me just fine. The length is great for my 6'4" frame and I'm quite happy to have made the purchase.

Ordered both a 32" and 33". The 33" was too big and could just pull down with out opening and the 32" was too tight in the waist. The shorts were nice still. Just wished they fit.

They are doing their part and I will buy more as soon as I can. Good product, Good price; Took awhile for them to be available but worth the wait; The long wait is the reason for the 4 star; all else is 5 STAR!!

Fit is accurate to size, which is rare with other sellers. Quality is reasonably good for the price of the shorts. I hope they hold up well.

comfortable product

I have a few different styles of shorts from LL Bean. I was hoping these would fit the same. I bought a 32 waist and a 33 waist, since sometimes the 32 would work even better than the 33. In the case with these shorts both sizes were too small, so I returned them. If I was at the store I probably would have tried the 34, but the material didn't seem to be as comfortable as the shorts I'm currently wearing, so I'll stick with the style I have for the moment.

Nothing to get terribly excited about, just a nice pair of basic shorts. I would definitely get a couple more pairs. Very sturdy feeling and comfortable.

Aside from fit size being small, ( returned for next size up), the make and quality is superb.

Good fit and comes out of the wash with no problems.

Fit nicely but not really a stretch fit in the waist band.

Look good and feel good. Durable. Tough finding decent shorts without velcro pockets which I hate.

Great shorts

This is a beautiful pair of shorts; the fabric and style are top notch. The only reservation I would have is that this Standard fit runs a little tight, unlike every other short or pant I have from LL Bean. For those who may wear skinny jeans this would not be a nice issue, but it may be for the rest of us.

I was surprised that these shorts in my usual size fit so tight out of the box. They have some stretch and loosened up a bit with wear, but tended to ride up. I like the color and appearance.

I had to send these back, they did not fit my husband as well as the Double L Chino shorts. I liked that they looked a bit more trim and stylish, nice fabric.
