Great jacket. Great style, great color. Bear in mind it does fit a tad bit large.

No pockets on the inside of the jacket, which is a major negative for me!

The weight of outside jackets has become an issue in our old age.. This jacket offers warmth without the heavy weight. The sage color was actually very nice .

I sized down based on my experience with the Wildcat jacket, and liked it enough that I had my tailor add a bottom drawstring from an old liner that it replaced. It should have come this way.

This jacket is exactly what I was looking for with two minor exceptions. As a jacket for cooler weather, an inside pocket for keys and some accessories would be handy. Gloves are ok with the snap outside pockets, but I think outside zip pockets would be better and safer. The length and fit are perfect for me. I am a loyal Bean customer, so I own several types of items. In jackets such as this one and fleece XL is a perfect fit. For shirts L is the right size.

I am barely six foot with a 30 inch inseam and it lays nicely over my belt. Usually sweatshirts and coats ride up on me. It is "semi" fitted in my eyes. Comfortable if you get in and out of cars a lot.

Probably my fault, but was hoping for a little warmer jacket. Would not recommend this jacket for temps below 45 degrees.

decent light weight coat that looks and feels great. not a fan of the button pockets, most winter jackets have zippers but not planning on standing out in a winter storm. on sale it's worth it's price!

So when I first received it I was about to return it because it was not what I expected. The word "puffer" had me thinking it was going to be thicker. Also while the shoulders, length and arms were perfect for me I felt the width of the torso and bottom was too roomy. But this piece has become a great addition to my collection. It is much warmer than the thickness reveals and layering a fleece vest underneath fills in the space and allows it to weather colder temps. Easily handles upper 40's to upper 50's comfortably on its own and slips on/off easier than most of my other coats and jackets. Just a nice jacket that looks great but avoid if you like a trim fit. For the price definitely worth having to fill in those times your other jackets may not seem right.

I really wanted to keep this jacket because I liked the look and feel of it. It also fit great through my torso and chest, but the sleeve length was an inch or two short. I purchased a Large Tall. When I first tried it on it felt comfortable, but as soon as I started to move my arms around, the sleeve cuffs slid up my wrists. Any tall guy knows this is a deal-breaker when buying clothes. Unfortunately, I'll have to return this one.

I bought this jacket many years ago and am thinking about getting another one. It's the kind you layer underneath on cold days, and on rainy days you'll need an umbrella since it's not very insulated. It's a 3/4-length casual zip-down jacket with no hood and no extra inside pockets, just two buttoned pockets on the outside.

The Puffer jacket (size L) was much too small and didn't seem warm enough. Had to return item at my expense.

The zipper feels a bit flimsy. It is fine for a chill, through maybe early November.

Too thin of a jacket for those who live in colder temperatures (MI winters).

Very disappointed as I thought this jacket would be heavier then it actually is. I don't think this jacket will keep you warm in the winter!

This is a slim fit jacket. I wear a small but I'm wider around the chest, so it fits snug under the arms. It's very light yet warm, but not as warm as my old Northface or Gerry. Ok with layers (i.e. scarf, thermal)

I purchased this to replace one I got from a popular online company that's been superb. I was hoping for more "puff" and filling than my current one as well as cuffs that were somewhat snug to block wind entering there or better yet, adjustable using velcro or a elastic cinch system, etc. This jacket offered neither and it's basically the same style as my current version in quality, filling and looser cuffs. Going to return it to my local LL Bean store. If you're going to hike a lot or be out in the elements where there is substantial wind, this might not be the jacket to choose. As for general wind blocking for upper body and over-all good warmth versus the super light weight this design offers, yes, this puffer as well as my old puffer handle those things exceptionally well!

Runs smaller than typical 3XL tall the length was good so if you are one the skinnier side of 3XT then you should be great. Really wish I could have fit in it.
