Fits true to size. Love the mid thigh length. Just wish the back pockets were a little bit bigger.

My favorite vista camp short 7 womens plus. I wear it for everyday wear, so comfortable to wear. Love cargo pockets with zippers. I am so glad it has womens plus size. I like to wear my shorts short, not to above knee shorts. Appreciate to send a replacement with my shorts loose seams at groin area fast. Thank you very much.

Great fit. Bow tie front sticks out just a bit. Nothing else to add.

It is a nice product. Waste is good for XS size. Could be a little less baggy.

The length is perfect, fabric is comfortable and washes well. I like the higher elastic waist, making the shorts very comfortable. I like the zip pockets in the front. The back pockets are on the small side and unflattering. I'd prefer either larger and better placed pockets or no rear pockets at all. Purchased size medium, I am 5'2" and weigh 145.

Nice fabric, lovely fit, true color, but I wish LLBean would spend some design time on the prickly labels sewn in. Very uncomfortable, I have to get the seam ripper out and remove them before wearing.

I was skeptical about these shorts in the beginning. It was very awkward to zip the zipper. It takes two hands, at least for me. However a month has passed and I love them. So comfortable and a great fit for a short stubby old lady.

PROS: I love the waistband, it's very comfortable. I really like the fabric, the length, and the pockets are a nice size and by design lay flat. CONS: I wanted a roomy leg opening but these are bigger than I like; the final look is almost skirt-like. Also the tag is very uncomfortable - it's a heavy fabric with heavy thread and it irritates where it hits the small of my back. I think LL BEAN could do better on this! CONCLUSION: Overall a very nice pair of shorts but for my personal preferences and at this price point, I probably will keep looking.

Nice shorts but run big. I'm 5'3, 115 lbs and ordered the XS and they are still big.

These are very comfortable shorts and the zippered pockets are very helpful in keeping valuables like phone and keys secure. They are lightweight. I normally wear a size 18 and so ordered an xl but found them very loose. I returned them and ordered a large which fit fine.

I have been searching for a pair of shorts that could replace a pair of 'Moving Comfort' brand that I have had for years & love! These are the closest yet. If the inseam was 7", I would call them perfect! I am still going to buy a couple more pair before they change the style.

These shorts are very light, comfortable and easy care. I would have rated them a 5 star if available in petite sizes. They are a bit long on shorter people.

I love these shorts! they're the perfect length and so comfortable and breezy. my only issues are that they bunch up in a weird way when the pockets aren't zipped shut and the strings are really long.

Nice, soft fabric that moves easily for workouts and biking. I bought these to replace other shorts I was wearing for workouts which didn't fit as close to the leg; these fit a bit closer to the leg, but I'd give them a 5 if they were about 1/4" - 1/2" narrower in leg opening. My other shorts were stiffer, too.

I love LLBean's Vista Camp pants. I wear them year round. I wanted to try the shorts, but these were too short for my taste. That is the only negative about them. I reordered the Bermuda length and they are great! Zip pockets, comfortable waist, lightweight. Perfect!

Haven't worn them much yet, but I like the fit. The material is comfortable and looks like it will dry quickly

These shorts are very comfortable, cool fabric, and I love the zippered pockets. I have these shorts in both navy and granite. The only downside I have found is that the navy shorts fabric is pilling. It's definitely not the quality I would expect from LL Bean, and especially not for the price. Other than that I love the shorts.

These shorts are very cool and comfortable, and they fit well. They have nice-sized zippered pockets that are super-useful. The only thing I don't like is that they are 100% nylon and spandex, fibers that have good properties but are derived from petroleum. I bought them anyway because I needed shorts in a hurry for a warm-weather vacation, but I generally prefer natural or environmentally-friendly fabrics (e.g. Tencel).

Great shorts but sizing is not consistent between colors. I had to return the navy color for a smaller size as it was much bigger than the two other colors I have.
