Great fit - love that they dry quickly. Awesome on vacation when I went on a sea trek, had zippered pocket for my underwater camera !

I have finally found comfortable shorts that look good too! It seems that many shorts are made for women that are really tiny, but these fit my "older" body really well. I have already purchased two more because they are so amazing. My clothing from LLBean has always held up extremely well, and I have no doubt these will do the same. Maybe a bit pricey, but they will last!

I bought these for a week long sailing trip in the British Virgin Islands. They were the perfect material for the warm weather. I wore them pretty much every day. Easy to wash, and quick to dry... You wouldn't need much more for a camping trip. Did I mention they are very comfortable?

Finally a short that fits! Even though the waist seems higher then I typically perfer and due to the fact I have a short rise, the cut on these shorts are perfect!!! Very flattering to the waist, butt and overall figure. Comfortable as you move, light weight.... might even use them for swimming or wet rides at theme parks! Thank you design team!! I bought both colors!

These are great lightweight shorts for land and water. Fabric is not super durable so one has to re-order every year, but they're so useful it's worth it.

Nice cool material for summer and very stretchy. Size 10 fits well in the hips but large in the waist (136lbs, 5'4"), so I will always need to wear a belt. Some other shorts/pants I have to order size 12, but not these.

I bought these shorts again, but was disappointed in the fabric. After I removed the tags, I realized there were a number of snags in the fabric.

Nice shorts. Comfortable material. Description says they ride lower on hips and they do, gives them a comfortable fit. Remember that when ordering. Many adequate pockets and size: two front pockets at waist, two zippered smaller pockets on side thigh and two zippered back packets. Very nice feature. Nice to have the belt loops also.

I love the comfort of these shorts. I just wish the leg opening was a little less baggy

Look great. Love the pockets, which I need. Once warm weather comes, I lose the pockets needed to carry phone, keys and doggie needs

I love the fit of LL Bean clothing, and have worn LLB for years. These shorts are a little too large around the waist. I can make them work with a little alteration. Other than that, I love them.

These are excellent shorts in terms of weight , number of pockets, and ease. They are shorter than they appear - I would prefer a longer length, especially for walking. I bought a size 4 .

These shorts are a summer staple. Super lightweight, fit well, go anywhere, including the water. I love the zip pockets for keys and a wallet. The downside is I find the fabric pills on the front and the leg seams start to unravel. That makes these shorts look sloppy after a few months of wear. But I love the fit so simply reordering them from time to time. But the fabric issue at the non-sale price is surprising from an LLBean product.

Nice shorts. Front pockets are a bit too shallow, and fabric is very thin and wrinkles easily.

I bought these in a size 4. I am 5'3", 112 lbs They fit great but they were too long. Would love to see these in a 7 inch length

I love these shorts- I just bought my third pair. I also have 3 pairs of the pants. They are my spring/ summer staples. Great for camping- only drawback is that they can get "pulled" after wearing a few times.

These were a good length for me and fit okay. However, the style a little different than I expected. Hard to open pockets and material not what I expected.

Once I found the right size, love the shorts. Good fit, comfortable for hiking and casual wear.

These shorts have been a regular purchase over the years. The only reason I give them a 4 star instead of 5 is because the front zip pockets have torn a few times.

Very soft and comfy shorts. Love all the pockets. Waist is a little loose but I don't think a smaller size would fit elsewhere.

These shorts are very lightweight and perfect on a hot summer day. There are plenty of pockets, and I loved the light teal color.

This fabric is great! Light weight, easy care, and dry in a flash! Very cool for when you are doing activities.
