This is the third pair of these shorts that I've bought. They are so comfortable that I've been wearing them all the time. I would like to see them come in more colors and possible a longer length.

These shorts have the perfect length. They are light and have great pockets. These are perfect for hiking.

I now have 6 pairs of these shorts. I wear them to power walk,hike and everyday wear. They are very comfortable and easy to move in when walking or hiking. They dry fast also. The waist is looser than other pants at LLBean. They pack well for travel. Since I can wear them with a blouse or nicer shirt they are all I need when on vacation. They have become my favorite shorts.

I rarely wear shorts in the summer because they are not comfortable for me, but I could live in these. They are so comfortable and move so nicely. Thanks LLBean.

These shorts are so comfortable. After wearing the pair I bought at the store I ordered a second pair online. Love the zippered pockets for holding my keys and phone while out walking. So far, both pairs of shorts have washed well and are holding their shape and color. Can't wait to take them into the real outdoors. I would love to see more color choices.

These are one of my most comfortable shorts I own. They fit beautifully. They are very light, and the zippered pockets are an added benefit. Being a canoer and kayaker the fact that they dry quickly is a great plus. Love, love, love them!

These shorts are very comfortable. They have multiple zipped pockets which make them great for most sports. I used them while playing golf. They wash well and need no ironing

I bought these shorts to go on a kayaking camping tour and they were perfect for it. The lightweight fabric was cool and dried quickly. I could even wash them in the hotel sink and they would be dry by morning (which cut down on my luggage). They were comfy and soft yet rugged too. They did run a bit big in the waist so you may want to consider ordering a size down. I'm back to buy another pair in a different color!

I bought these in the summer and they were my go-to shorts. The pockets are large and have a zipper on the side so you can secure your smart phone, keys, money, etc. I wear these when going to the beach (they dry fast!), go to the amusement park (because of the zippered pocket) and hiking. Buy them in every color, you won't be disappointed.

These shorts are great-- lots of pockets, slight stretch, roomy, nice length. Love them! They run a little large and I ended up returning my original purchase and going with a smaller size: Score!!

These shorts are great for hiking or running errands. Very comfortable. Fabric is durable but soft against the skin. Love them. Will purchase in another color.

Perfect hiking, kayak or board shorts, dry in a flash, maximum flexibility--just as good as the Vista pants, which I love! I like the grey, but how about some other colors for next year?

Light and comfortable...fit well...neither too long nor too short with good pockets...great for hot weather when you don't want to wear running shorts..

Love the fabric, these shorts are soft, move with you and breathe. I have worn them walking the beach, gardening, doing yard work and to the mall! Plan on wearing them kayaking and hiking. Love the pockets. I have received multiple compliments on the style and fit of these shorts, and plan on purchasing the other colors!

I love these shorts! The fabric is wonderful - very light with a nice drape. Cool, even on the hottest days. The cut is flattering, the fit is true to size, the length is perfect. No wrinkles - I just roll them up and stash them in my beach bag. Great for beach or very casual wear, yet look fine with a blouse or dressier top when I want to go into town. I bought these because I bought the skirt in the same fabric earlier and loved that too. Highly recommended!

These are super shorts. The material is lightweight, they hold their shape, very slimming. The charcoal color goes with everything but isn't as stark as black. I bought a pair to go on a recent camping trip. Midway thru the trip I had wifi and promptly ordered another pair to be waiting for me upon my return. I really like these shorts!!

I had to write because many reviewers said these shorts run large. I actually bought a larger size. I usually wear size 8 but I bought size 10. My figure is thicker in the waist and thin in the hips compared with most women. Anyway, the shorts are so light and comfortable it is like I am not wearing them. They are great for canoeing, hiking, jumping in the river! Expensive - but worth it!

I can't wear these to work, but I put them on as soon as I get home. They are as described: Lightweight, wrinkle resistant, and drip dry. I have an apple shape and I worry about fit when ordering on line, but these fit perfectly. All I can say is that I wish I had them when I was traveling in Central America.

I just purchased two pairs of these shorts and can not say enough positive things about the shorts and the service! First the shorts.....I love the feel, fit and comfort. Finally I have found good looking, easy care, "working" shorts. I can hike the woods or meander shops in these functionally, flattering shorts. They are made with quality so I know I will enjoy them for lots of adventures. However the best thing is the fit. Finally I have found shorts that fit a woman! The last but not least thing to rave about is LL Bean. As always they are fast and their care for the customer sets the standard! Thank you LL Bean ....job well done!

I ordered down a size (6) based on customer reviews and am glad I did. I like the length of the shorts; the lightweight feel; and, the fact that they launder easy and dry quickly. I also like the fact that there are snaps instead of buttons and many pockets. I wash them on gentle cycle in cold water and hang to dry. I am so pleased with my purchase that I ordered a second pair.

Love these shorts: While camping they're rugged for sitting on icky logs, and dry quickly when you need to fish a kid out of a pond. The zipper pocket is great for ice cream truck money. The fabric is light, airy--yet extremely rugged! Well worth the price tag. I'm sure to be wearing these non stop during our trip to Greece next month.
