These are great! Super duper comfy. Been wearing for 2 months now and I enjoy these for errands, walking the dog AND running. The fit is wider in the toes to mimic barefoot running. Very light. Recommended for those who run on the street occasionally, though I took these hiking once too.

I have tried other running shoes and none of them have felt like this shoe. It was very comfortable for me to wear, whether if I was walking, running, on the treadmill or on a dirt trail. It felt nice even on watery pavement. The benefits of owning this shoe are comfortability, stability, grip, toe space, knee support and foot flexibility. I would buy this product and in different colors. I would also recommend this product. I did receive it for free but I do believe this is a great shoe and has versatile use more than a standard running shoe.

I having difficulty finding a shoe that is wide enough in the toe area, but narrow in the heal. I prefer a bare foot type shoe with a little cushion. This shoe checks all of the boxes. I have put 100 running miles on these shoes and I am happy with the minimal wear and tear. I do have a little slippage in the heal are, but have not caused any blisters. The shoe is not going going to get any compliments, but is a great fitting shoe for someone serious about their runs.

These are Fantastic. These are super Comfortable and they look cute too. The area in the toes or nice and wide and they feel very light it's good support. I would highly recommend them.

I run quite a bit - ultras are my jam - and my training crosses from treadmills to roads to some trails and I am always looking for a shoe that is comfortable but durable and the Altra Running Women's Escalante 3 fills everything I am looking for. The fit on these are PERFECT. The size reflects standard fit expectations and they fit snug but not tight - exactly what you want in a running shoe. The wider toe box gives my feet the room it needs for my long runs. The cushion is supportive but still allows me to feel the road under my toes. The grip is good for road, concrete and light trail running. I also LOVE the style. The color and silhouette are sleek and match any of my gear (for when I care about matching :) ). These are my new go-to running shoes and I would recommend them to any runner!

These are like walking on clouds. So much cushioning and also plenty of support. Great for longer runs/walks. Accommodating to higher arches and not too narrow or too wide, perfect width for my feet. After wearing for a while, they are still holding up and performing for longer runs.

I walk a ton at work and these altras are my go-tos. I have three different colors of this particular model. Love them.

I always have to have a wide width or go up in size, this was not the case with the Altra running shoe! They fit me like a glove, I wore them walking/running for two weeks. Still a great fit, no redness or soreness even after miles of running! The perfect arch and insole give superior support. The lightweight and breathable material offer your feet air so I was able to go the extra mile without feeling sweaty or have a heaviness/tired feeling. Great looking shoe, I wore them to worked dressed up in slacks, walked and ran for two weeks, lots of compliments. I recommend these great running shoes even on heavy days, they don't disappoint!

I've been wanting to try a pair of Altra running shoes because I need to strengthen my feet, because I've been wearing way more padded shoes to run in for the past few years. That was also the reason I've been nervous to try Altra running shoes! I had the chance to try a pair and I've been wearing them at Orange Theory for the last month and I love them. Before trying them I was having a lot of calf soreness and it has gotten way better since wearing the Altras. I wore a pair of my more padded shoes this weekend thinking they would feel comfortable since I hadn't worn them in a while, but they weren't at all. The Altras are way more comfortable. I also feel like my feet are getting stronger and my balance is getting better.

I love the roomy toe box and the knit upper. My feet don't overheat and my toes have room to do the work needed to run. There is more cushion than I'd generally pick as I like a thin sole/good ground contact, however I still feel connected with the ground.

It is wonderful. Fit my feet, my family loved them, took them for a run, went beautifully, and the ties ( I know it's trivial) lay great.

Can we just talk about the innovative design on these running shoes??? There is SO MUCH toes room! Not having my toes fall asleep on long runs is the number 1 perk of these shoes. I am usually a high cushion runner, but these are really comfortable minimalist shoes. I didn't have to break them in, and running really feels close to the pavement with these. I am so impressed!!!

I'm glad to have added these to my collection. They are comfortable. They are a 'heartier' show than the 2.5 (love the 2.5) and they are a bit more stiff but I like them.

It feels so comfortable to my feet like I am walking on air I love how great it feels around my whole feet.

Ran 4miles in these this morning. They are light weight and a good amount of cushion. Nice fashionable look.

My escalate 3s are my daily runners for both treadmill and road. I've been in them for several months and love them. I have wide-ish feet considering my toes are naturally more spread vs cramped. I like these better than the 2.5s because after my 2.5s were broken in they were all over very very loose on my feet, to the point I had to slow down to make sharp turns or my foot would slide off the sole (despite the laces pulled as tight as they could be.) I have not had this problem with the 3s. The 3s feel more structured around my foot, which for me is a plus. I have plenty of room at the toes. I'm certainly not a hater of the 2.5s as I still own 3 pairs that I use for non running things. I have only positive remarks to make about the performance and quality of the 3s! I'll be stocking up on these before the next update for sure.

Such a comfy shoe I can wear all day long and the design on them gets all kinds of great comments. Hope you make more like this!

Love these shoes for going the extra mile while walking be it for exercise, shopping or just plain fun!

So happy to have found these! I have bad Morton's neuroma and these are fantastic. I haven't had to wake up in the middle of the night to rub my feet.:)
