I love this sweater. I plan on buying more, in different colors.

I really like the sweater, but probably won't wear it often, since it's a bit warm for Northern California winters. On our really cold days (temps below 50 degrees), it will definitely be on my naturally cold body. The navy with the green Fair Isle design is very attractive. I'll certainly recommend the sweater to friends who live in cold places, or who will be travelling to them.

This sweater is so awesome, I went back and ordered another color! Warm but not too heavy, doesn't "itch" me like wool sweaters do, fits beautifully, and colors are vibrant. I love my Fair Isle sweaters from LL Bean. Do not hesitate to purchase!

This sweater is beautiful and reminds me of those I had as a child.

I am very pleased with the weight and fit of this sweater. It is loose enough that I can layer underneath it with no problem. It is attractive too.

I bought this sweater in the grey, and I love it. It is SUPER warm with just a long-sleeved T-shirt or turtleneck under it (it's fairly scratchy wool, but fine with a layer, and I'm pretty wool-sensitive). This sweater is definitely thick with a chunky knit. It took a first wear to get the sweater to relax a bit, and from the second wear it's already a favorite. I don't need a jacket with this walking the dog in 40 degree weather, which is good because that would be a lot of bulk. The pattern is pretty and the colors are nice. It has that fair isle fit, which I love, but some people apparently think feels weird in the shoulders. It runs slightly baggy, which I wanted. The arms were a hair too long, if I had to find a complaint. It looks fine cuffed so no big deal. I wear this all the time and get complimented on it often.

It's a very comfortable sweater! I wear a thin long sleeve t-shirt under it, so it's not itchy at all. I would diffinately buy it again.

Beautiful fair isle sweater! I wanted the navy one last year but it sold out before I could get one. So this year I bought the navy and the cream. Gorgeous sweaters - very comfy and warm. So happy to have these.

Took a while to get into this sweater...BUT now I'm in it, I'm having trouble parting with it long enough to wash it! Bought the navy and it's PERFECT! Decided to treat myself (it IS Christmas) to the same sweater in Cream...alas, I waited too long! Try it, you'll LOVE IT!

Hard to find a nice warm wool sweater. This is one. I'll probably buy another in a different color.

I am not a fan of all the cotton or light weight sweaters I see in stores lately. It's winter and I want to be warm! I purchased the blue Fair Isle cardigan first and loved it. Next I bought the green Fair Isle pullover. I'm a big fan of this sweater too. Both are wool! They keep me warm! I am hoping Santa brings me the berry one for Christmas this year...hint, hint!!!

When ordering this sweater, I went back and forth on size, gambling on the Medium because I do not like tight sweaters. This size worked very well for me. I got it in navy blue and it is every bit as pretty as in the photos, and well made.

So very glad I decided to order this sweater. I would order another if there were more neutral, warm, colors. I do not wear navy, dark red, dark green, black. I prefer soft colors. I ordered the cream color and love it although it must be a cool cream, or have a touch of gray color to it. It is not a warm cream color. This sweater is very true to size and shaped nicely. Hope LLBean carries more sweaters like this. Very nice quality.

I bought this sweater because I needed a warm wool sweater and you can't find them in Texas! I got just what I wanted, it's nice and warm and is very nice looking.

This sweater is very classy and does not feel itchy or stiff.. It is very smooth on the inside and very warm..love it! I like to wear another layer under my sweaters that is why I purchased the XL as opposed to the L.

This Fair Isle sweater is a classic! One of LLBean's best! The fit is perfect and is easy to layer under.

I purchased the Cream colored sweater and I love it. The fit is perfect and the grey colors with the cream fit into my wardrobe very well. This sweater is classic and I will wear it for a long time.

I love this sweater! Just out of the box, and I pulled it on - hand me a cup of cocoa, mittens and a hat and lets go for a dog walk. I ordered it in larger size to wear with layers with ease. The design in the cream color, is great -looks and feels like a handmade sweater. Hoping LL Bean brings this design back next Fall in more colors so I can purchase another one!

As always Im glad I read the reviews on sizing. True I am considered petite in my height however I usually wear a medium in everything as I have weight to lose. But this time going with a Small was a perfect idea otherwise I wouldve positively been swimming in this. The oatmeal-ish color and how it fits looks classically rustic like I should be out at a cabin somewhere picturesque. Im leaving on a trip out of state tomorrow and Ill be bringing it. The quality for the price is excellent and I am so glad that its the time of year I can show it off :)
