Love it, love it. It is classy. It is a bit longer in length. Absolutely perfect. The only thing that made me sad, really sad - "Made in China", can't we bring this back to the U.S.?

I absolutely love this sweater! I got the cream colored one and it is beautiful! I'm 5'9" and the XL comes just to the tops of my legs and just covers my rump. It looks adorable with a pair of legging and boots! It's roomy and not fitted which is exactly what I was looking for. It's what I would consider to be medium weight so I've been cozy and warm all day! Love it!

This weather reminds me of one I had several years ago. It's warm, cozy, attractive and goes with a lot. You can dress it down with jeans or switch over to better slacks and add an item of jewelry for dressing it up. The weight is heavy so you'll want to save this for the colder days in your area. The fit is true to size. The dark blue is deep and quite beautiful, making a great contrast with the lighter shades in the decoration. I love this sweater and know I'll get a lot of use out of it this season and following winter seasons as well. I hope LL Bean will decide to offer some additional colors. A green would be nice.

I love this sweater so much because it really keeps one warm. Also, I love anything that is a Fair Isle. However, I really love the warm factor. It doesn't really get that cold in the southern plains (it will be in the 60's for Christmas) but I get freezing cold out of nowhere and I just can't keep warm. This sweater really helps so much and the size large was true to size. I hope to stay toasty warm until Spring.

Exactly what I was looking for. Nice and warm and absolutely beautiful. Fit is relaxed and the sleeves have enough room for another shirt underneath without being tight or binding. This has been a concern in the past with other brands I have purchased recently. I am always cold and like to layer. This is perfect.

This sweater is very warm and versatile. I wear it with jeans or dress pants. Very good quality.

This sweater is very high quality. The large fit me well. There is room for a turtleneck and long underwear without being too tight. This sweater will keep you warm!! I am very happy with this choice.

The classic tradition of this sweater is great. It does, however, run somewhat large--I usually wear a medium, and went to a small. Should try on before purchasing.

I love the look of this sweater. It's a little large so I bought a size smaller than I usually wear and it is itchy so I'll wear a blouse under it. I bought the cream color and I am happy with it.

This sweater looks and feels like a heritage sweater - one that you've had for years. It's thick and heavy and long. It will layer well with shirts or t-shirts. I'm so glad I bought it!

So LLBean says this sweater is slightly fitted. However, I read so many reviews of people that seem to be my size and went with their real life suggestions and I ordered a medium. It is so big. Sleeves long, 2 to 2.5 inches of extra bulk under my arms and the waist large too. I am returning and based on the LL Bean guidelines I have re-ordered a small and an extra smal. Sweater is a beautiful cream/gray color, a tiny bit scratchy but not bad especially with a lightweight Tee shirt underneath. Fingers crossed one of the new sizes fit well.

It's a great deal for quality. I love the design. I used the sized based on LLBean's measurements, but it fits a bit baggy. Unsure if should try smaller, or smaller in regular instead of petite. Knowing me I'll keep it but it's not the look/fit I expected. its nice, just a different vibe.

Purposefully got this a size too big so I could bundle up. Love it. Good thick weight to the yarn and the design is simple and pretty. (I got the grey and cream one).

I recently received this and it is just on the edge of being cold enough to where it here in the south. I have always loved a fair isle sweater and this one is very pretty. I ordered it in cream. While I do like the look of it, it is less cream colored than in the picture online - it almost has a slight greyish/brownish tint to it. I still think it is very pretty, though. I ordered a large, which is my go-to LL Bean size and it fits great. There is room for a thin long-sleeved shirt to go under it, which is good because it is wool and my skin can be sensitive to wool at times. I know it is going to be so nice and warm. I think it will be easy to dress up or just wear casually, depending on the occasion.

I love this sweater, it's warm, can wear a turtleneck under it with comfort and the colors are vibrant and beautiful. This is my third sweater like this. I also have the grey one and the green one that was a new color last year!

I usually go with an XL because I like a roomy fit and need extra length in the sleeve. Based on other reviews I went with the large and it is a perfect fit, very comfortable with a turtleneck underneath. This sweater is very warm, too warm for wearing inside but perfect on a breezy fall day out and about.
