Great shoe! Super comfortable. Love the roomy toe box. This is the first running shoe that hasn't given me shin splints. Worth every dollar! Only minor gripe is that I'm not a fan of the color selection. Personally I like the mens colors more (but that sizing doesn't work for me).

I was Leary ordering a full size up but it fit perfectly, still working on the best way to lace them for me, ie tight across the top or around the ankle. The material seems a bit stiff in places, tongue is much better than sone of Altra others, love the color.

I am desperate for an Altra shoe without the long, stiff tongue some of their models have. So this shoe fits the bill in that regard. They are a bit wide in the heel for me, but I can probably adjust lacing etc to make it work. Took my usual Altra size 9 and it seems correct.

The fit was great, the arch seemed a little high but I believe its just my foot.

I liked the extra space in the toebox. However, this is the first time I felt like a shoe squeezed my heel and made it uncomfortable.

I loved Altra and bought them for years. However, the last pair I have is the Provision 3.5; what a great shoe that was. I thought I would give them a try again with the latest iteration (Provision 6.0). Very disappointed that the width was really snug and I don't have a wide foot. The toebox shape is great but a little too slanted so my large toe hit the end right where the toebox turns toward the side. Why they can't make a shoe wide enough to really be comfortable throughout the midfoot and the toebox is beyond me. They did it once; seems they could do it again! Hence, I'm still looking for a shoe that works as my old shoes begin to unravel.

I've been running in Altra shoes for years, starting with the now-discontinued Intuition 1.0. Zero-drop has made an amazing difference to my knee and hop joints. My preference is the Lone Peak, both for how it feels and how it looks, but a recent knee injury led me to try something with more cushioning. The cushioning has probably helped, and although being higher off the ground feels a little weird, the extra height of the sole has not caused me to trip, which had been a worry. Aesthetically, they're fine except for the big white border around the outside of the sole, which I think is awful. But they're running shoes, so the fashionability, or lack thereof, is not a major concern.

I got the shoes for less then a month and I love it. My Bunion and Morton Neuroma pain was relieved and they are very happy inside the wide toe box.

I have worn Mizuno inspire for years. Altra recommended trying provision 6. It is ok, would prefer more arch support. My feet hurt after 9000 steps.

I bought this shoe because I suffer from plantar fasciitis. I love Altras because of the zero heel toe differential and the wide toe box, which leaves ample room for my feet. This model has more cushioning than my previous model (which I cant remember!) and so far has not aggravated my foot pain. It seems to have decent arch support. I really wish it did not have a high back, which rubs the back of my heel and causes pain after about an hour of walking. I am thinking of just cutting it off. Otherwise, I love this shoe.

I like Altra shoes for the wide toe box. Was hoping these would fit better. These hug my wide heels way too much, painful. Wide toe box was good, heel cup and instep way too tight for me, length was good.

After running in the Torin Plush for such a long time I was glad to find another Altra that fit well and felt good on the run. I so wish they had not messed with the tongue on the Torin or I would still be running in those. All in all these are quite comfortable for me. I had surgery on my right foot many years ago and sometimes it is hard for me to find a shoe that fits my now wider right foot, but the Provision does fit nicely. I would recommend this shoe.

I love the Provision. Its a great shoe from walking to running. The new series seem a little narrow however. But geeze Altraplease give us longer shoe laces! Heres a hintif you can barely tie a knot during packing and you haven't used the last two holes.they are too short!!! This is the only constant thing for each new version laces are too short.

I work in a hospital and am on my feet most of the day. These are great comfort wise. But they are so LOUD. Especially outside on sidewalks. People literally turn around and look for the noise when I walk.

Ugh! I love everything about this shoe EXCEPT the guide rails. They hurt my arches so badly! Usually I have trouble finding shoes that have enough room for my toes (bunions and morton's neuroma) These have so much toe room! Plenty of cushion and I love the 0mm drop. I have never felt a shoe like this before. So utterly disappointed that the guide rails ruin it all for me. I took a chance since they were at an awesome discounted price, but now I am back to the drawing board. I don't have exceptionally wide feet so I'm not sure why they hurt so much. Hoping other styles without guide rails go on sale so I can hopefully find the shoe I have been searching for.

It would have been an awesome show if the heel didn't feel so strangely narrow and uncomfortable. The toe box was perfect and they are great looking shoes, but the heel was extremely uncomfortable.

Medial heel compression felt very uncomfortable. I wore these around the house for about 5 minutes and was already experiencing some discomfort. I have been a die-hard altra supporter for years but feel very confused by their fit lately. Style, color, and overall look are great but waaay too uncomfortable to keep so I have to return them.

They are comfortable wearing and while running. Im not a fan of the crease each shoe makes in the front of the shoe /toebox. My toe will press up against it at times and it looks funny too. Plus I fell the first day wearing them, more grippy than i was used to and messed up my right shoe.

L shoe felt great, but there was something that put pressure on the instep of my R foot. Tried lacing multiple ways, but still was uncomfortable even on short runs. Unfortunately had to return (twice, because I needed a different size initially). BUT the return process was super easy and got full refund even after having run in the shoes. So, 5 stars for that.

always am a 7 1/2 so ordered and with limited arch support my feet slid off the footbed- great toe box and like better then my brooks but after that the shoe does not narrow and the arch was not enough at all for me- love the feel and color and need to find one with higher support and narrows after the toe box- even tried 2 pairs of socks.

The larger toe box was great ( I usually wear Brooks) BUT it does not "narrow" enough towards the heel and my foot/ankle slides inward? The shoe folds over due almost and hits 1 foot at heel and 1 on the arch- going to return and try another pair with smaller size, higher arch support? or not sure- but will try b/c of the toe box- loved it

I'm not a runner, I'm looking for a comfortable shoe to accommodate my forefoot problems. This is a beautifully made shoe and the fit was pretty good for me. I love the generous toe box width, although the height was a little low for me. My problem was with the sole. The sole is not solid and the thin places in the sole don't support my foot adequately. After having it on for about 10 minutes my foot started aching.
