My daughter bought this really cute alligator backpack for her senior year. Sadly the strap is ripping from the bag making it unusable. They will not replace the bag. I would not buy it if you actually plan on using it to carry books and a laptop unless you want to replace it every 6 months and you do not care if your bag breaks and you drop your laptop. Seriously not worth it!! I expected better. So disappointing!

This backpack may be durable and made from high quality materials, but the zipper is absolute junk! I work in a preschool and several kids have these backpacks. They are THE absolute WORST!!! The zippers CONSTANTLY get stuck on the material and it's a struggle to zip them every single time. Save your money and buy a cheaper bag.

There are already 3 holes in the bottom of the backpack after < 1 month of use and it looks like there will be more soon :(

Disappointed with the quality!!! The personalization looks cheaply made and it's miniature in size. Please don't tell me it's because of the number of letters in her name, because her sister has a long name too and hers from 3 years ago is much bigger and still looks brand new. Now to the zipper that a constant struggle, always getting caught and I thought my child was being careless when one faithful day it happened to me. She ended up going to school with her backpack half opened because I couldn't get it out, it was that jammed. The zipper finally have its last breath about 3 months ago, her book pack wasn't even a year old. Now I'm hoping the remaining zipper won't die on us before school is over. Have I been the lucky one to receive a book pack with a faulty zipper or has the quality gone down hill?! Either way, I now will have to replace her backpack much sooner than expected but I'll be sure look else where.

My son tried on a few backpacks in stores and really couldn't find any with comfortable straps like his last year. I did a Google search and this backpack popped up. Because of its claim of comfortable straps and attractive pattern choices I ordered. Came right away. Let me just say, although padded, padded with what? Stiff, hard cardboard? I could see it being durable, but if you are looking for soft, thin nice breathable fabric this is NOT the backpack for you. Awful. Returned immediately.
